Can someone explain what this means?


The last sentence--anyone from Louisiana around to explain?

"However, people do not need to be delegates to the state convention to be named as delegates to the national convention."

I think the delegates at the

I think the delegates at the state convention vote for whomever to go to national. It is saying that a state delegate can vote for someone other than a state delegate. it really does not matter as we will OWN the floor and will surely take all PAUL delegates to TAMPA.
