How sad for mitt

What's sad is reporting like this is supposed to incite mitt's base, you know the ones that voted for him in the beauty contest. But alas they seem to always be outnumbered by those rascally ron Paul supports, so many supporters that they actually take the party back (I refuse to say over... it was our to begin with).

I gave them a talking to! It

I gave them a talking to!

It must be amazing how they must want to turn these "media instruments" into Pravda like the fascists they are. They must ALL want CISPA to pass so, so desperately, so they can create their dream of a subjugated Soviet society under Stalin's boots.

Immoral funding of Military Industrial Complex by Federal Reserve and US taxation system must stop!!!! End illegal/unconstitutional wars! Preserve US currency!

We MUST ENCOURAGE this type of reporting!

I L-O-V-E it when the hacks in the MSM write this kind of stuff about Dr. Paul! I DO! Its a useful tool to get people to donate to the Campaign! Its worked on me like a CHARM! When you read this kind of trash you always have to comment about the BS they write and many times a Protest Donation of $20.12 goes to Dr. Paul! There is a great awakening in the country and its articals in the WSJ and other RAGS that have opened the peoples eyes to the Lies and we are telling others and they are listening..and then they tell others..this is what is happening. On the back of EVERY Dollar bill ($1-5-10-20-50) I make sure I use it like a BILLBOARD. I let the lucky person who gets that bill what Ron Paul is all about..and the fact we are Bankrupt and we borrow over 40 cents out of every $ to pay our debts from a communist country that enslaves their people. That we must stop the UNCONSTITUTIONAL WARS! (its important to put UNCONSTITUTIONAL on the back of every one of them..plants a seed) I tell them Our Vets support Dr. Paul. END THE FED! JOIN THE R3VOLUTION!.. www.dailypaul.com ON EVERY BILL along with YOUTUBE/GOOGLE RON PAUL...you should see the backs of my bills..they are awesome! I hope all of you who read this post will do this to your bills too..WE ALL SHOULD! ITS A GREAT WAY TO EDUCATE EVERYONE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET ONE!! DO IT!

Let me re-write the article for you.

Undaunted by a GOP primary that the biased media is calling effectively over, Rep. Ron Paul’s supporters are now working to take over state Republican parties and delegations to the Republican National Convention this summer.

This weekend, Mr. Paul’s backers effectively captured the Alaska GOP, won the Louisiana caucuses and beat out delegates picked by Mitt Romney in Massachusetts, the presumptive nominee’s home state. This on top of last weekends wins by Ron Paul Supporters in Iowa and Minnesota. Similar results are expected in Colorado and Nevada.

The establishment is in a panic and are trying not let the possible change in outcome reported through the media. Instead they are prematurely trying to crown Romney as the presumptive nominee.

Mr. Romney needs to amass 1,144 delegates to mathematically clinch the Republican nomination. The oligarchy media controlled by AP and Reuters reports that Romney currently sits at 847 while Mr. Paul has 80 which may be manipulated numbers. The real numbers may put Dr. Paul closer to 400 and Mr. Romney closer to 600. Although Mr. Romney appears to have more delegates than Dr. Paul many of those delegates may be Ron Paul supporter who according to RNC rule 38 do NOT have to vote for Romney at the National Convention.

In Alaska on Saturday, Republicans voted a pair of Paul supporters as the state party’s chairman and co-chairwoman. While Rick Santorum won Louisiana’s GOP primary last month, Mr. Paul won the state’s party-controlled caucuses Saturday. That means Mr. Paul will have a majority of the delegates at the state party’s convention in June, which, in theory, would lead to more delegates at the Republican National Convention this summer, local TV reports.

In Massachusetts, where Mr. Romney won with 72% of the vote in last months’ primary, the Boston Globe reports that less than half of Mr. Romney’s delegates won spots this weekend. In fact 2/3 of the delegates went to Ron Paul.

Once again, it may not matter much for Mr. Romney. Since Dr. Paul will overwhelmingly have more delegates in the end Dr. Paul may want to offer Mr. Romney an offer in his cabinet. Mr. Romney has a lot of experience firing people. Since Dr. Paul wants to shut down some of the government departments, that talent of Mr. Romney may come handy.

Does anyone know about the rating

for most comments? When I try to access that, the page just jumps to the top.

No, not the number, the rating.

It's on the bottom right, next to the "most read" is. Thanks for the response anyway, Ardilla.

That ticker is broken...

If you hover over the link "Commented" or "All Blogs" you will see that it is the same link as the article only with a "#" at the end. It won't work in any browsers. (I haven't tested it in I.E., only Firefox, Opera, and Chrome)

It's like a swarm of angry bees in the comment section.

That Guy

is gonna have a helluva headache in the morning.

Way to go, Paulistas!!!!!!!

i must admit....

as a relative new comer...just a few months...i had my doubts for the doctor. as a young man of 31(as of yesterday), the first presidential vote i cast was for mccain (sadly believing my grandparents and rush/hannity/levin) but mostly against obama. but a few friends suggestions for my research of dr.paul changed my world for the better. never again would i vote for an evil just because it was lessor than the other. and even as i came to wake up, understand true liberty and love ron paul, i still had real doubts about us being anywhere close to the numbers it would take to have a real chance for change. this website( thank you micheal nystrom), our recent caucus sweeps and now the comments on this WSJ article have really revived a fighting spirit in me and i honestly believe WE ARE GOING TO MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE, if not win this damn thing. I wish all of our delegates luck..especially the 74% we just sent from LA to our state caucus to possibly sweep the whole state.

Comments make me happy!

To arms! To arms! The Redcoats are coming!

"...even the delegates supporting Mr. Paul will have to

back the former Massachusetts governor at the national convention this summer,..."

How delusional can they get?

Thank goodness for the comment section. Otherwise, I would have had to make a mad dash to pay homage to the porcelain god!

they keep saying this to brainwash themselves and others

If they say it enough they may believe it... They hope that a few rp delegates believe it too.
They even have trolls coming here saying that romney automatically gets votes at the convention... Uh no you have to show up... And vote... Why would they have alternates? Because delegates have yo show up and vote or they dont get counted... Bound delegates simply cannot vote for anyone but romney... They can obviously choose to not vote for anyone just as they cannot show up amd vote for no one...

Thanks for making that clear to people who don't already

know that. WE know better but, some newbies might not.

No more Polls at Gallup I see.

Another biased media in the tank. I never believed their polls anyway.

Nice find on the WSJ, BTW.
