Ralph Nader - The Ghost of Osama bin Laden quotes Ron Paul to Obama

As the ghost of Osama bin Laden says to Barack Obama:

"Again, you’re doing al-Qaeda’s job – weakening your country to bankruptcy until it can no longer continue ‘messing in our business’ as the Presidential candidate, Ron Paul, says daily."

I respect people like Ralph

I respect people like Ralph Nader and Dennis Kucinich. For that matter, I respect Noam Chomsky, Amy Goodman or David Barsamian as well.

I don't agree with any of their economic ideas. They don't seem to "understand" true free-market economics with supply-demand laws. But these people are honest and have integrity, unlike other Progressive fraudsters like Al Gore, Clintons, Obama etc.

Immoral funding of Military Industrial Complex by Federal Reserve and US taxation system must stop!!!! End illegal/unconstitutional wars! Preserve US currency!

<3 Nader

I like that he addresses the "Yeah but Bush left us this mess" comeback I always hear from Obama supporters. In other posts Nader refers to the "Bushobama" administration. We should let him know about "Obushma"; has a better ring to it :)

Skimming through his blog, I found other mentions of Paul:

I just wish he were better respected among Dems. Also, that he'd join the blue republican movement :)

I like Nader.

Even though he's a Keynesian, he seems like a good man.

Disregard government. Acquire liberty.

He's honest and pretty

He's honest and pretty objective, which is a good start. Many of his policies are antithetical to libertarianism, but I think he could fit in somewhere in my vision of an ideal government. Maybe a judge in civil court or something.

In a Ron Paul world

...where individual states act as competing experiments, I'd like to see Nader in charge of the progressive experiment :)

he is a Soldier of Liberty

just like you and me.

Oh my gosh, I just said out loud: " I like Nader"

Great story

Why don't people get this?

And why doesn't Ralph Nader just come out and support Dr. Paul?

Have you seen the movie about Nader?

"Unreasonable Man".. Nader has never belonged to a political party. I don't know anyone who has sued government more than Nader.

He is NOT an activist, that is an insult to the extraordinary acheivements he ahs accomplished.

Nader is a facinating person, his life is full of ironies, he was a born whistleblower.. for example.. do you know why he doesn't drive?

When he was attending Princeton, an undergrad, he had a car, and he was driving around the campus when some wild long haired old man flew in front of his car on a bike. He hit the man. This greatly upset Nader, who is not violent at all, and what's worse, the man's name was Professor Albert Einstein. Nader swore to never drive again.

His life is full of these kind of ironys.. so for him, he fears that he would endorse Ron Paul and then find out he needed to sue Ron Paul for something... he just can't take that chance. But I do know he highly esteems Ron Paul, respects him and is envious of Ron paul's rEVOLution... Nader could have used a rEVOLution..

Also, Ron paul seems to respect Nader on many levels,, not completely.. but then, Ron paul doesn't know all of Nader's story.. like how Nixon ripped Nader off.. took Nader's ideas for non-profit businesses, like OSHA, EPA, and made them government departments. Nader never intended for those to be government departments, he always thought they should be non-profits and in competition. Non-profit does not mean folks don't get paid, it means the government doesn't get paid.

Love you

Granger.
First I wanted to compose.
After a bottle of alcohol...
another...this night is perfect.

Many people will wake up reading my next poem.

Many.

I'm drinking hibiscus juice (((((LL))))))

somewhere i have never travelled, gladly beyond
by E. E. Cummings

somewhere i have never travelled, gladly beyond
any experience, your eyes have their silence:
in your most frail gesture are things which enclose me,
or which i cannot touch because they are too near

your slightest look easily will unclose me
though i have closed myself as fingers,
you open always petal by petal myself as Spring opens
(touching skilfully,mysteriously)her first rose

or if your wish be to close me, i and
my life will shut very beautifully ,suddenly,
as when the heart of this flower imagines
the snow carefully everywhere descending;

nothing which we are to perceive in this world equals
the power of your intense fragility:whose texture
compels me with the color of its countries,
rendering death and forever with each breathing

(i do not know what it is about you that closes
and opens;only something in me understands
the voice of your eyes is deeper than all roses)
nobody, not even the rain, has such small hands

yes, I was a fan of Nader's before knowing about Ron Paul

But after Ron Paul dropped out in 2008, he told voters to look to Nader and other third party candidates. It seems too much is at stake now for Ralph Nader NOT to throw more support behind Ron Paul. End the wars, end the Patriot Act and TSA, restore civil liberties....
