Who ARE the Green Papers?

What are their connections?

How do they operate without advertising?

Any why is this so poorly written:

I googled him and he is a music teacher. Real experts, I tell ya.

It doesn't look like he is teaching now.
It says he is a political analyst and this page is dated April 2000.

good question!!!

I have seen some of their articles posted here, and was wondering why they don't have links to sources or if it was credible?
