We need to ask ourselves

We need to ask ourselves which candidate is not owned by Wall St.as the merger amount of contributions from Wall St.for Ron Paul clearly show.I ask myself of which candidate would our founders approve? I am almost finished with Congressman Ron Paul's book,END THE FED.It is a shame that millions of Americans will never read it. Those who know Congressman Ron Paul, know of Judge Andrew P.Napolitano.i have read LIES THE GOVERNMENT TOLD YOU Myth,Power,Deception in American History, IT IS DANGEROUS TO BE RIGHT WHEN THE GOVERNMENT IS WRONG and A NATION of SHEEP. Like Ronppaul, the judge pulls not punches and tells it like it is.These two men are true patriots who believe in personal freedom and liberty.I believe without a doubt we need a statesman like Ron Paul instead of another politician in the White House.Should Ron Paul not get the republican nomination,i am glad he is not running for congress again because his warnings, like the warnings from our founders, in both their letters and quotes, have fallen on deaf years from millions of Americans for as long as thirty years.Whatever the outcome,i wish the best to Ron Paul and Carol.

Anyone catch that last comment by Santelli...?

Bring the boys home!

Indeed Rick - indeed

What TV show is this?

It is really beyond me that people actually watch this stuff. How can someone listen to this guy bloviate about natural gas and not detect the influence peddling?

Guess what, Greg...

That guy, Santilli, is on our side. Listen carefully and read between the lines. Rick's been on our side for a long time. Just can't be obvious about it, though.

The way to fixing the Power-That-Be. Not natural gas. You jest!

Nicola Tesla Attn: students, teachers, school librarians, and home-schoolers:

IS NICOLA TESLA MENTIONED IN ANY SCHOOLBOOK?
HE DISCOVERED TWO MOST IMPORTANT ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES.

Nikko & Macak, the Electric Cat, (Copyright 2010 by John W. Wagner), ISBN 978-0-615-36681-4, LCCN 2010905209

This is a true story of how the American inventor, Nikola Tesla, deliberately trained himself at a pre-school age into becoming a virtual human invention machine.

It describes his early childhood experiences that made him so different from his playmates. It tells how he first discovered electricity by stroking his pet cat's fur, causing a violent and memorable reaction. It was this experience that led him to become an inventor.

Nikko, Superboy Inventor, (Copyright 2010, by John W. Wagner), ISBN 978-0-615-39715-3, LCCN 2010912313

This is a true story detailing events in Nikola Tesla’s childhood from age five through his teenage years -- ending with a brief account of how, at age twenty-six, he made his miraculous ‘breakthrough’ discovery in electrical science that changed the world.

The reader will see that Nikko demonstrated unusual talents and a kindhearted, benevolent nature. The story shows how his unique experiences influenced him in his quest to benefit mankind by discovering nature’s hidden energy secrets. It tells how he interacted with his family and playmates; how, at a preschool age, he made a waterwheel to test his first theory that the energy of moving water could be changed into a rotary motion; how he almost destroyed his town with a snowball; how he made an engine powered by insects; how he captured and raised an eaglet so he might learn the secret of flight, then made wings to test his plan. It relates the struggle he had with his priest father who wanted him to enter the priesthood instead of pursuing a rigorous education in science; and it tells how that struggle drove him to the brink of death.

This is a compelling story of a boy possessed with an insatiable curiosity and desire to solve a problem the world believed to be impossible – tantamount to perpetual motion. In the end, he solved the conundrum of alternating current, and put into motion the Second Industrial Revolution commencing in 1896. AC power made its debut at the Niagara Falls power station that year and the world was changed forever. AC power generating plants soon began springing up throughout the world, bringing technological advancements in all areas to a civilization that would have previously believed them to be impossible. Today, the world has all but forgotten Nikola Tesla, who from childhood wanted only to make the world the beneficiary of his superior intellect.

Tesla died in 1943, alone and a virtual pauper, but surrounded by an advanced technological world his scientific discoveries in electrical science had made possible: AC power and radio.

I would put Nikola Tesla..

I would put Nikola Tesla in the category of one of the two most brilliant men that has ever lived, Leonardo Da Vinci being the other.

RickStone

Don't necessarily want to

Don't necessarily want to corner into just "two" as you do, but there have been some other brilliant polymaths - both Benjamin Franklin and Omar Khayyam stand as giant pillars for humanity to thank.

Certainly I share your sentiment.

And i think he made a reference to bringing the troops home

Didn't know Santelli supported that!

Yeah Peter!

TY!

Let's send Peter Schiff some love..

..we need more people who have the guts to speak out for Ron Paul!

Participate in America's future- Research Ron Paul- Truth will Prevail! You too, will be proud one day, to be able to say: "I was a Ron Paul supporter."

I have three words

That can help Connecticut get rid of the union/globalist/tax and spend ultra-left/eye for an eye tooth for a tooth ridding/babymama/babydaddy infestation called Dannel Malloy the governor of the People's Republic of CT-Stan, now ranked 44th in terms of economy...

SCHIFF FOR GOVERNOR!

For The Power of The Republic!

There isn't a force that can

There isn't a force that can stop Natural Gas?

How about Zero-Point Energy? Energy that is drawn out of the air around you in an infinitely abundant amount. How about the government stop the 100 year + suppression of this technology that Tesla tapped into? And don't give people the same status quo BS that it was classified for "National Security" because the only thing that this technology threatens is Private Corporate Interests, mainly of the Oil and Energy Industries. Imagine every home had a generator that produced an infinite amount of UN-METERED (FREE) Energy!! Imagine the same tech in automobiles and other forms of transportation. What will there be left to go to foreign countries, start wars, kill innocent people for if WE NO LONGER NEED OIL!!??

Thank You

People need to watch the documentary series 'Energy From The Vacuum'. It is very enlightening. There are at least 30 episodes so far, and they are 2 hours each. I don't think they are making it up. It features Tom Bearden and John Bedini. Its a must watch!

Tesla discovered many forces to be used productively. My friend.

TWO of the WORLD'S MOST IMPORTANT TECHNOLOGIES

Nikola Tesla (not Edison) discovered electromagnetic power... Alternating Current (AC). Tesla worked for Edison, Westinghouse, et al.

It was Tesla (not Marconi) who gave the world electromagnetic communication (Radio).

Yet Tesla’s name is:

  • Omitted in school textbooks
  • Omitted in technical journals
  • Unknown to the rabble (the masses advocating a better way)

Tesla's important inventions minimized -- the Smthsonian even omits his name from The Smithsonian Book of Invention and The Smithsonian Visual Timeline of Inventions -- (See Page 7 of this site)

“TIME” magazine credits Thomas Edison for changing America. It wasn’t his light bulb that changed America -- it was Tesla’s breakthrough discoveries in AC power transmission and radio communication that caused the meteoric explosion of progress commencing in 1896 and continuing today at an ever expanding rate.

Pardon me

But wasn't it Tesla who was the inspiration for the HAARP device in Alaska?

For The Power of The Republic!

Touchy subject. Being as you asked nice like, I'll hearken back.

It seems so. Tesla & I discussed such subjects. [Harken back to days gone bye.] Well, in all honesty, when it became technical, I did mostly the listening & scribbling.

Once, Tesla got an idea for a beam of intensely focused electrical energy. Today, you might think of a laser beam. Another day, he tried to convince me he could set a building to harmonically shaking by concentrating a barely audible electrically generated sound wave at its foundation. I had use for neither. Gave it only passing thought. One day, I heard of him telling others about it. They conjured up visions of death rays & massive destruction. I dashed off a telegram to him suggesting that neither he nor I had a proper use for such a ray nor shaking machine, but if he would allow me to add to my patent collection... Typesetter, Suspenders, Sticky Notepads... I would give his ideas safe harbor; lest, nefarious villains would use his inventions like witchcraft in ways & means worse than government inflicts.

By & by Tesla departed this world. Upon notice that he was no longer around & I was not there to stop them, US government agents swooped in & stole all his personal records of invention. I have newspaper clippings of this mischief; but alas, my record keeping is in disrepair. The newspaper clippings are tattered, yellowed, & turning to dust. Sometime they remind me of my memory... [Gaze out the back porch window. Sigh.]

Respectfully yours,

Thanks Mr. Twain

Technology, will you use it for creation or destruction? Do we have the wisdom to use technology for good or evil?

Some of Tesla's inventions were not given *safe harbor* and, instead, were either suppressed or used for ill intent.

Were he alive today, would he have gone the DARPA route, ie. allow the most nefarious of organizations fund his inventions for commercial use allowing him to make a lot of money...while secretly planning their use for the industrial military complex...enslaving the people instead of freeing them.

Recently went to a retirement luncheon for the founder of Qualcom. He spoke very openly about how DARPA funds many technological ventures like Qualcom in its infancy...and shrugged it off as a good thing. He did not talk about what DARPA does with technology and venture companies *after* they become successful. To me, it is bit like selling your soul to the devil with oblivion.. I do not think Tesla would approve.

fonta

Your words reflect your wisdom. May we all learn from you.

Yes, Tesla has a wonderful inspiring heart & mind. He demonstratd how things worked... Could work... & how they might work, if we all pulled hard to create his inventions.

He worked for Edison, Westinghouse & many others. We chatted, exchanged posts... & telegrams many times. I admire him. The feeling is mutual.... Though he does not seek my advise about technical matters.
