Fellow Christian Leader (A letter written by Emmy Award winning Justin Machacek)

"Recently, I have had the great opportunity to sit down with Dr. Paul to discuss his Christian faith and worldview, along with abortion, Israel, religious freedom, the IRS’s pressure to silence free speech through the threat of 501c3 status, the War on Drugs, and his willingness to speak more directly with Evangelicals nationwide. His clarity and understanding was profound leaving those of us on the call with a new respect for a man many have overlooked this primary season. I’ve attached several of Dr. Paul’s quotes from our most recent conference call with evangelical pastors and leaders. Please take a little time to review them.

One very important thing that stood out to me in our call was Dr. Paul’s understanding of the bible. He spoke clearly about the Levitical law, referred to Jesus in the temple, and used the term “we” when discussing the potential persecution of Christians based on recent legislation like the NDAA. He put a specific importance on personal spiritual decisions and recognized not only that our rights come from God, but also that God draws us to Himself through love and persuasion.

One of the Christian businessmen present on the call said of the experience, “Dr. Paul makes Ronald Reagan look like an average conservative. The complete media blackout from both seemingly liberal and conservative outlets has made it very difficult to get his message out to the masses. In reality his views have a constitutional appeal that cuts across party line and captures the ideals of independents. There can be little doubt that if evangelicals were made aware of his views and heard first hand his explanations on abortion, gun rights, gay marriage, our monetary system, defense etc… that the move towards the RP camp would be dramatic. His consistency over the past 30+ years and his clairvoyance of events is simply unprecedented.”

Another leader said, “Most vivid to me was the stark contrast between the information we received from the conference call, compared to the sparse 30-second sound bites we all heard during the heavily biased Presidential debates. What emerged from my point of view was a man who stood tall on critical issues important to every thinking American… At a time when our entire way of life is in jeopardy of being irreparable compromised, on this conference call Dr. Paul emerged as a thoughtful and responsible leader that was never allowed to shine through during the recent debates."

If you are like us, and millions of other Americans, who are still not enthusiastic about nominating a moderate like Mitt Romney then you’re likely looking for an alternative. Evangelicals for Ron Paul would like to remind you that there is still a viable opponent in the Republican primary race. We urge you to take another look, or for some a first look at the only remaining protestant Christian left in the GOP primary. Now that Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich have effectively ended their campaigns for the white house, our hope and prayer is that you will thoughtfully consider supporting Dr. Ron Paul this primary season. Your participation in joining evangelicals for future calls & web seminars, evaluating Dr. Paul’s statement of faith, submitting thoughtful policy questions/concerns, and reading through the quotes from our recent conference call with evangelical leaders would be a great help to our cause. The fight is not over and ultimately, win or lose Evangelicals can still vote their morals and conscience without regret this primary season. We hope to have the largest delegate count possible at the Republican National Convention so that true conservatives, freedom lovers, and modern defenders of life and the constitution have a loud voice to influence the party platform and hold any nominee to those same conservative values.

Many in the media have declared this race as over and Mitt Romney as the presumptive nominee. However, this race is not over until Romney has secured the nomination with 1,144 delegates. You may not be aware that Ron Paul has now won the states of Iowa and Minnesota. He is also doing very well in the delegate counts of Colorado, Maine, Alaska, Nevada, Missouri, and Washington. When the delegates are tallied, Ron Paul will most certainly be on the ballot in Tampa and can win the nomination as long as Mitt Romney does not gain the majority of delegates beforehand. Evangelical Christians can unite to nominate a real conservative to draw a stark contrast and defeat President Barack Obama in November.

Thank you so much for your time in considering this very important cause. We owe it to our country to evaluate the facts of every potential nominee. Please review the quotes from our call, the information on our blog, and RSVP regarding your willingness to evaluate Dr. Ron Paul’s candidacy for the Republican nomination and participate in a potential web conference with Evangelical pastors & leaders. The race is not over and we hope to gain your support in the upcoming primaries. May our God richly bless you.

Christians for Ron Paul

Certainly Christians would face less persecution under a Ron Paul administration than they would under a RomneyCare or an ObamaCare administration. Romney already forced the Catholic Church to provide abortions in Massacusetts, just as BHO wants to do now. In fact, you could say Obama is more pro-life than Romney. Most of Obama's pro-death actions have been theoretical and philosophical. Romney actually had his very own jackboot on the neck of the Catholic Church in a way that BHO could only dream of so far.

Some evangelicals are

The reason some evangelicals are not hearing Dr. Paul's message is that an opposing religion Judaism has captured their major conservative media sources on the web and elsewhere, and they don't even seem to be aware of it.

Judaism is a cult. Evangelicals who haven't looked at it need to start reading the talmud and kaballah works and realise what they are dealing with.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.

Jesus was a jew.

Please don't spread misinformation and hate. There are some, like in every religion, party or groups, that have infiltrated and damaged the reputation of this groups. Do not judge everyone for the acts of the few. And guess what, most us of were engulfed at one point or another by the lies and deceit of some of this few but powerful people. Let's keep this clean and fair, lead by example, don't become one of the haters.

Judaism is a religion, not

Judaism is a religion, not race, that is opposed to Christianity.

Nice try at lying, but it was a lie.

I invite everyone that hasn't, to start reading the talmud and kabbalah works. Judaism is a religious cult.

2 Corinthians 10:3
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

Talmud - the basis for all modern Judaism:

MISHNAH. HE WHO GIVES OF HIS SEED TO MOLECH INCURS NO PUNISHMENT UNLESS HE DELIVERS IT TO MOLECH AND CAUSES IT TO PASS THROUGH THE FIRE. IF HE GAVE IT TO MOLECH BUT DID NOT CAUSE IT TO PASS THROUGH THE FIRE, OR THE REVERSE, HE INCURS NO PENALTY, UNLESS HE DOES BOTH.
GEMARA. The Mishnah (1) teaches idolatry and giving to Molech. (2) R. Abin said: Our Mishnah is in accordance with the view that Molech worship is not idolatry. For it has been taught, [if one causes his seed to pass through the fire,] whether to Molech or to any other idol he is liable [to death]. R. Eleazar son of R. Simeon said: If to Molech, he is liable; if to another idol, he is not.

Abaye said: R. Eleazar son of R. Simeon and R. Hanina b. Antigonus said the one and same thing. R. Eleazar son of R. Simeon, that which has just been stated. R. Hanina b. Antigonus — as it has been taught: R. Hanina b. Antigonus said: Why did the Torah employ the word Molech? To teach that the same law applies to whatever they proclaimed as their king, even a pebble or a splinter. (3) Rabina (4) said: The difference between them is in respect of a temporary Molech. (5)

And on and on for PAGES, splitting legal hairs about when it is ok to sacrifice your children and when it isn't. And that is just one topic. Go read the original sources online in context. Be selective in your sites with tracts exposing this stuff. This is just one topic, the whole thing is a horror story.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.

Nero, first empire wide persecutor of Christians?

Nero, first empire wide persecutor of Christians?

According to the Talmud, Nero is an honory - converted to Judaism, Jew.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nero#Jewish_tradition

There are libraries of this stuff. It's that common in the Talmud and Kaballah. I'm just encouraging anyone that hasn't looked into it to look into it and convince themselves what is fact. And above all, read the Holy Bible and pray. God bless.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.

If they treat other people who are Muslim bad they will treat u

You know, every cult I have ever argued against you go through several stages, until you find that you are arguing with the priests and people that actual benefit from the cult. I've had this experience several different times.

So I was online, decrying the hate and unbrotherly, unmerciful hatred that zionists were showing to people who where muslims, when a rabbi from Israel started arguing with me. He said he has studied the Talmud all his life. And that Christianity had been the enemy of the Jewish people for 2,000 years. Not Muslims, Christians.

It was exactly how I already knew it was. You don't have that lack of brotherly love towards others for just one group. Palenstines are an invented people, etc etc etc.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.

Every religion is based on cult.

When you revere any entity that is based on faith, is a cult. You stop calling it a cult when it is accepted by the masses. Learn you social studies.

Ron Paul Would Never Say

...that Judaism is a cult. In fact, he has studied Levitical Law and is well versed in the Old Testament. He has MANY Jewish friends and supporters especially from Libertarian and Mises camps. They respect him because of (1) what he stands for and (2) that he would never make a statement like the above.

Let Jews 4 Ron Paul spread the word to others. Like Walter Block:
http://lewrockwell.com/block/block186.html They are working behind the scenes and accomplishing much to break down barriers.

This campaign is about liberty for all. Unity in diversity. Everyone is invited and nobody will be ostracized because of religious affiliation.

Too little too late

I'm glad for a few people that finally woke up. But, where were these morons 8 months ago?!

We don't even need them for the general election if we get the nomination....

Reading the letter may

Reading the letter may explain a lot, not everybody takes time to research before making a choice, many trust the TV, friends and relatives:

Quote: Another leader said, “Most vivid to me was the stark contrast between the information we received from the conference call, compared to the sparse 30-second sound bites we all heard during the heavily biased Presidential debates. END

We need everybody because everybody can help in there own ways.

Morons? Do we really need name calling?

I didn't wake up till late 2007, I'd hope people wouldn't have thrown me under the bus for not getting it earlier, and we shouldn't throw anyone under the bus who comes to us tomorrow. Just be glad they are coming to liberty, Ron Paul and us at all, and we will need Everyone for the general election....

Yes

We do need name calling. There is a good chance we won't get to the general election because these morons supported Neocons, false-conservatives and false-Christians. Good thing they woke up after half the primary states were done.

Assistant pastor's wife actually attacked my daughter

One of the assistant pastor's wives at my church actually attacked my teen daughter on Facebook over this article! My 17 year old daughter is a big Ron Paul supporter and patriot. She posted this article on Facebook in a spirit of "come, let us reason together" attitude toward so many of our neocon friends who hate RP. My assistant pastor's wife actually attacked her over it! This is how brainwashed some Christians are. I'm sorry, but I was so appalled, I just had to share this. Here's the exchange:

Asst Pastor's wife: not when it comes to foreign policy!

My daughter: What exactly about his foreign policy do you disagree with?

Asst Pastor's wife: Oh let me think. ... Iran just mad at us because don't understand them. If we'd just sit down and talk to them they'd be happy. Ummm... we have no business defending Israel, it's ok for Iran to have nuclear weapons... if we just mind our own business the rest of the world would leave us alone - need I go on?

My daughter:1.) Dr. Paul has never said it's okay for Iran to have nuclear weapons. He doesn't want them to have a nuclear weapon, which they don't have and there's no proof that they do. But if they did get one, how would they possibly be a threat to Israel, who has roughly 300-400 nuclear weapons? Iran attacking Israel with a nuclear weapon would be suicide. In addition, Iran does not want to "Wipe Israel off the face of the map" (a mistranslation, there is no idiom in Persian language for this phrase). Jerusalem is one of the holiest cities in Islam. Muslims don't want to destroy it with a nuclear weapon, rendering it uninhabitable.
2.) Our problems with Iran started in the 1950's, when we covertly overthrew a democratically elected leader.
3.) "Peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations-entangling alliances with none." Thomas Jefferson. Ron Paul is a non-interventionist, just as Jefferson was. "Defending" Israel is a totally different thing from starting a preemptive war against Iran based on a presumption. In addition, Israel doesn't need the U.S. to defend them. God has promised to do that... and He doesn't need the U.S. to help (Isaiah 31:1).

Our "blessing" Israel (in the form of foreign aid, etc.) has always come at a cost of not respecting Israel's sovereignty as a nation. Ron Paul, in fact, has been Israel's greatest defender when it comes to being able to choose what to do with her own borders, etc. The truth is, for every $1 that we give Israel in foreign aid, we give $3 to her enemies. If we cut all foreign aid, it can only benefit Israel.

Asst Pastor's wife: I rest my case!

Me-chiming in: (Daughter's name), thank you for posting this! Ron Paul is a humble, selfless man of Christ. The Lord is truly with him and I am so thankful that God is allowing more and more evangelical leaders to see this. :)

You must be very proud of your daughter.

She could teach the assistant pastor's wife a few things.

Yep!

She definitely acted a lot more mature and composed.

And I Bet Your Daughter Is Proud of You

...for chiming in and supporting her in such a wise manner and basically saying.."for me and my home, we will serve the Lord and vote for Ron Paul."

Sometimes in similar situations, it is difficult not to get triggered when someone is attacking your child who you agree with. I bet your mature comment not only ended the conversation...it gave the Assistant Pastor's wife something to think about. Please post if there is a sequel after she checks out Ron Paul more thoroughly!

fonta

Yes - thank you!

Thank you for the encouragement. I am proud of her! And the conversation ended after my comment. It's interesting - that's the exact verse I was thinking when I commented on her wall at the end. I wanted to use it really badly, but sometimes you can win the battle but lose the war. I hope to changer her heart and mind. I'll keep you posted!
