you could've left lezbo out

your post is good, other then the subject. It's time to stop pushing away potential allies and to start inviting people who have some common ground with us. She's against wars and pro civil liberties. Which is more then we can say for neocons in our own party. She maybe to "progressive" for our liking but she still can be a good ally. Let be cautious but lets give her more of a chance.

I believe she is about 5 foot 10 or 11... She is much taller than the average woman..

I thought we won Louisiana?

And the only reason we dont let them speak at the caucus is because they dont play by their own rules so why should we?

but you wont mention that Rachel it wouldnt be "Professional"

instead, you avoid the misrepresentation and libel against Paul and call us mischief followers...

in four years we will secure the Party, and in four years you better start telling the WHOLE truth, and nothing but the truth, if you want to speak to a free world.

A true flower can not blossom without sunlight and a true man can not live without love.

It's weird...

Why was SHE chosen as the only MSM reporter allowed to talk about this stuff?

If you're not lurking here I'll eat my hat.

This. Is. AWESOME!

I was LOLing my ass off watching this, cackling like a little girl. :)

And as per usual, thanks to Rachel for covering this! Here's hoping she keeps up the great work and helps us bring down Mittens! :)

Like a Bulldog

It's clear that Rachael Maddow, as a Journalist, has found a good story every one is ignoring and running with it.

But also, she has has not said one bad thing about Ron Paul. Oh, she might be laughing over the Republican infighting, but she clearly has avoided saying anything negative. Interesting. I don't know if she's a "closet" Ron Paul fan, but she's close. The campaign might consider giving her an interview with Dr. Paul.

Tricks and treachery are the practice of fools, that don't have brains enough to be honest. - Ben Franklin

I can tell for sure

this women without a doubt likes Ron Paul.....

"If ever time should come, when vain and aspiring men shall possess the highest seats in Government, our country will stand in need of its experienced patriots to prevent its ruin."
Samuel Adams

Hating on Maddow

I know a lot of us are still hating on Maddow but now is not the time for this. Not saying we should not be cautious. Of course we should remain cautious. But we should be using her to further spread the civil liberties message and anti war message. Who knows, maybe along the way we can convince her of some of our other positions. Let's be nice to her as the good Dr would want us to be. Let's start extending invitations to her to come be apart of what RP supporters do. We need to remain cautious of any spins of course, she still is part of MSM. But they may even spin things behind her back. And it's at that point, where she is betrayed we can recruit her as a powerful ally.

State Delegate Chairs...

...State Delegate Chairs are nominated from the floor, not by the GOP. Therefore when Ron Paul supporters were not allowed to vote for their nominee for chair, a disruption was required otherwise we would have been rail-roaded like we were in '08 - no delegates

Preparation through education is less costly than learning through tragedy

She is a Dem shill and if you think for a moment she wants to 'help' RP you are kidding yourself. BTW - who is her audience? Left wing and smaller than even re-runs of that blowhard OReilly.

Now if you could get Cavuto, Smith or Baier to run this kind of piece then you would be getting traction.

Cavuto's own son

is a die hard Ron Paul supporter and HE can even openly and completely give his support to the good Doctor on his show. Shame.

Not Sure Why

I am not sure why she keeps saying Ron Paul won Washington. Our State Convention, which I am an alternate delegate, is not until May 30th and the vote is on June 1st. 2012. Dr. Paul does not have this state all wrapped up. The city of Spokane, which Dr. Paul has called one of has biggest fan base, did not win the majority of delegates.

Washington State will be a hard fight.

first they ignored us, then they laughed, now the door is open, the pink elephant in the room is getting bigger, and soon...they will have to acknowledge us, legitimately.

I'm not sure why a link to

I'm not sure why a link to the Rachel Maddow show should be so popular on the DP. All she does is simply imply that the campaign wins should be disregarded. Or any state he wins should not be recognized.

Two shorten the road.

We can't help ourselves

She just talked about him for a solid 4.5 minutes! And she's not even a supporter! She's mainstream, and she's still talking about him in great detail! It's astounding!

And she didn't say anything resembling the idea that RP wins should be disregarded. Quite the opposite, it seems. she said that RP is winning in the only practical way. She may be having a lot of fun at republicans' expense, but she's doing quite a bit to tell her listeners that Ron Paul is winning ANYthing, let alone the majority of delegates in these states.

five bound for romney is correct.

should be 24 paul 10 santorum and 5 romney. not sure about the other 5 or so. some should go to dr. paul.

dreamline: which state is

dreamline: which state is this delegate count for? I'm a bit confused!

in the colosseum?"

Yes Rachel, welcome to

Why is this carpet bagger promoting Dr. Paul?

Not for nothing, for sure.

She will turn on the campaign once she gets the order.

To all RNC delegates!

Don't forget your helmets and swords! :P

Ron Paul - Intellectual hero

Thanks Rachel

Political activism... Old fashioned style.

You know she loves us Ron Paul supporters. Our message and hers are often in sync, well with personal liberties anyway. This is a nice piece (mostly subjective), and one that I hope she keeps up with. Nobody else is doing it!

They ignore, they laugh, they fight, we win.

Crafty Insinuation...

She makes it sound like we are a bunch of bullies and malcontents by failing to report the media bias, RNC dirty tricks, and hostility that has been coming our way since the start of this back in 2007.

They give us lemons, we are making lemonade. Don't blame us if you don't like the taste.

Actually I think that's just her personality (and part of being a liberal)

Psychologically she's the kind of person that like to be a rebel and sabotage or subterfuge authority for any reason. She's just grown up that way and she's dime a dozen - it's a common trait. If you argued logic she would still disagree with you just so that she would disagree with you. To her what we're doing "is" something she perceives as something she does herself and if anything in a strange way it's her compliment to us, as if she's in some way like us.

Too bad she will probably never wake up to her self. Self awareness is a difficult thing and she now has a liberal target audience that pays her wages which makes it harder for her to change something that has been ingrained since youth.

Now if you don't mind I'm going to go make a coffee, I've had enough explaining her thinking.

Not so crafty

MANY on here ask the same question. I have stopped only because I have learned to have more faith in the campaign and realize that I am but an armchair quarterback and they are Bret Favre. Sure - sometimes he looked plain crazy - but he sure did win a lot in the end.

How in the H3LL does Romney

How in the H3LL does Romney get 19 delegates from LA when we have 74% of the delegates ??????

Romney has 19 delegates...

that are bound to him in the first round.

He doesn't "have" 19 delegates. And who's filling those Santorum slots?

Is that a little more clear?

Thank you! I guess I wasn't

Thank you! I guess I wasn't thinking!

not really

Then why would Mittens have 19 and Santorum have 10? Since Santorum won the state.
