Ron Paul vs. Mitt Romney GRASSROOTS Debate

I had a friend (Romney supporter) recently post that he "...hopes folks are actually thinking through the issues and not just going with the trendy option." I found this interesting and misleading and it made me wonder...

WHAT IF... we somehow found two articulate grassroots supporters for either candidate to debate? And we, in our efforts, published the date and time EVERYWHERE.

My reasoning is that we likely aren't going to see a debate between the good Doc and Romney, right? I may be wrong... and hope that I am. But if not, why not create our own!

Is this an idea worth pursuing? Let's help folks think "through the issues and not just going with the trendy option."
