Ask if you may make a comment. You'll be transferred to a voice message system. Say the following, or words to this effect:
"Hi, I like a lot of what I've been hearing from Governor Huckabee lately about limited government, eliminating the IRS, and ending birthright citizenship for children of illegal immigrants. I was just wondering when we can expect him to endorse Ron Paul, since he's obviously now running on his platform?"
I just did it, and man I feel great! Just doing my part when I'm not handing out flyers or talking up RP to prospects.
And, I must note that I got this idea from a fellow RP Fan, WilliamC over on ronpaulforums.com. I loved it so much, I thought I'd pass it on.

To the Temperance Committee. Yes, there is merit to just being polite and doing nothing. But i have been feeling physically ill, due to the censorship & the 'snickering' at the debates, etc. I am not able to be Atticus Finch anymore. If you are able to be Atticus Finch, well good for you. I think it is far better to leave some little anonymous dig on a recorded message than to push people around physically where there is media. Huckabee will just be sorry he didn't think of it.
As for me, I can share a little harmless gesture now, OR I can stuff my emotions, cry, withdraw, then one day take my shotgun to an overpass and start picking off cars on the freeway. I would rather make fun of Huckabee on a recorded message. Less jail time.
I doubt that many more people will call -the joke has been played - time to stop anyway.
Hey, Dr. Paul said he was thinking of suing Fox News for fraud, right on national television, so - i'd say that was a pretty pointed aggressive statement. He also hinted at coercion, IMO. So, i would chill out over a dozen calls heckling Heckelbee. The news ignores us anyway. Relax.
And to the rest of you making calls, i understand. Sometimes, you just have to have a release - some little release. Then you collect yourself and get back to work.

While you may be right - Huckabee's platform is becoming increasingly like Dr. Paul's - this kind of stunt does not help Ron Paul, the campaign or anything else.
Nothing to be gained by this, and it probably will annoy some nice people who just happen to support the wrong candidate.
In my humble opinion, knock it off.

...when I called the Huckabee campaign. I gave the young lady the spiel and asked her when we might expect an endorsement of Ron Paul since Huckabee is now running on his platform. She said, get this (with noticeable accent)..."Well, he's not going to endorse Ron Paul. You have a good day."

Remember everyone, it's the Message that is so popular. Dr. Paul mentions this allot. It's the message of Peace,Prosperiety,the Pursuit of Happpiness, and Freedom. This is picking up mometum everyday and not just in the hearts of Ron Paul supporte

Paul WANTS other candidates to start talking about the things he's been talking about. That's one of the reasons he got in the race. If he doesn't win, he at least wants to get these ideas out in the open to be discussed in the mainstream.
Huckabee has even started talking about the Federal Reserve. That's great!
