The Map: As Things Stand Now-No Wonder Flip's Afraid!

This map is an excellent representation of Ron Paul's takeover of GOP delegates that will be at the RNC in August.

They are worried. And they should be...

Ha ha, I love this map!!

It is waaaay premature tho, but I love the colors: Red for Republican, Blue for Democrat, which is what Obomney is. Perfect! ; )

Obedience to God is resistance to tyrants.

I love this map

Thank you for it. I'm sending it to everyone who told me recently that Dr. Paul has "no chance." Also...could Hawaii & the Virgin Islands be added? Or maybe just Hawaii? I know VI isn't technically a state, so up to you.

Bogus map... try to be more accurate.

Washington is not Paul's ... convention is not till end of May, and Romney is mostly in control. For Paul to get anything will take a miracle... which has happened before! :) Big fights ahead.

North Dakota wrong

North Dakota should be Romney now, not Santorum. Starting to make Santorum look really small and Paul really big!

In ND...

Romney doesn't have the majority. Due to the GOP's railroading, the Sant folks are more likely to go Paul and when you add Paul & Sant Dels, you get a majority. I'm guessing that was the thinking behind this map, but I don't know--I didn't make it.

I like the visual message it conveys

but I down voted this because it is not completely accurate or clear in what it means. According to this map Alaska is for Ron Paul. Is this because the newly appointed party leader supports him? Massachusetts is not done selecting delegates to the national convention and they are bound to Romney on at least the first vote yet this map calls it for Paul so I am not sure what this map is trying to say.

I think it's about delegation control

If Mitt does not control the delegation of a caucus state (such as Colorado, where he has less than half of the delegates), then maybe that's why it's being called for Ron.

As for Massachusetts, the map may be reflecting the chance of at least half of the MA delegates abstaining on the first vote; we now know there are a lot of Paulers in MA. Again, Mitt would not control the delegation if this is the case.

For every state that gives Mitt less than half of their delegates, RP gets that much closer to a 2nd ballot.

Strange...

Michigan is already claimed by Flippin Mittens yet I am going to my county convention tonight to elect delegates for state convention. Hmmm....

LOL! Where's Kenya?

I mean Hawaii!

18 vs. 18

Including Gingrich and Santorum's states, it's 18 vs. 18.

This ain't over!

Hey ah...

...if you know who made this map...can we make Ron Paul Green? Red is so old school...and the color of anger and communism...and blood and well...Green is so much prettier...and representative of new growth...green Energy!

+

Green is the color of genius.

Green is the color of genius.

Purple

The perfect blend of Dem. Blue and Rep. Red

Colors to me

who awoke to political things in 1999-2000, Reps will always be blue, and Dems will always be red. They said back when they switched the colors, that after a while they'd switch them back, but they never did.

Gold

because that's the color of real money.

November 6th 2012 I voted for Dr.Ron Paul
"We must remember, elections are short-term efforts. Revolutions are long-term projects." ~ Ron Paul

GREEN

is the color of the EPA and Carbon Taxes. I am tired of all this "green" garbage ! Same as Obama garbage as far as i am concerned! Take these silly windmills and solar ripoffs and shove them! We have wasted enough money on that pipe dream already..Green Sucks !..........

"If ever time should come, when vain and aspiring men shall possess the highest seats in Government, our country will stand in need of its experienced patriots to prevent its ruin."
Samuel Adams

With respect.......

"green" has been around for centuries. It's just that market intervention (subsidies) has made green a four letter word. Of course, nuclear power cannot survive without HEAVY government intervention.

It's a movie quote from "Meet

It's a movie quote from "Meet the Parents."

I would like to post it on a forum but have a question.

What is the source?

Ohio?

Last I understood Ohio delegates were awarded proportional to the primary vote. 20% in a district gives a delegate, as well as a majority vote would.

Any insight?

how accurate is this map...

Some of the colored states are not actually done selecting delegates, right?

Yes, some...

...of them still have another convention to finalize the entire state's delegation, but it's looking like we'll dominate. Although, I think ND is wrong--it's not my map.

I think...

...if this map were made more public and people could see what is going on that the folks who are thinking about throwing in the towel and supporting Flip would realize that RP is still incredibly viable and imminently electable.

Let's make sure people see it!
