Ron Paul draws 5,600 to final of three campaign events in California this week

On Friday, thousands in California gathered to see Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul speak. The 12-term congressman from Texas had announced his campaign team would be returning to California for private fundraisers, media interviews, and town hall events. This is the final of the three scheduled town hall meetings. Dr. Paul's previous campaign events in California this week included two back-to-back crowds of thousands. On Wednesday, 4,000 gathered to see Ron Paul speak and on Thursday over 5,000 filled a stadium to see the presidential candidate.

The UC – San Diego event with 5,600-plus people was the third of three such events the 12-term Congressman from Texas held in the Golden State this week. On Wednesday Ron Paul drew a remarkable 4,000-plus crowd to Cal State – Fullerton, and last night Dr. Paul drew 5,000-plus people to UC – Davis.

Thank You So Much For The Pictures, Angel! ♥

I found myself in one :)

These are AWESOME PICTURES. ONE television ad on CNN - 30 second Spring 2012 Ron Paul R[3]VOLUTION Crowd Slide Show.

If ANY NETWORKS refuse to run an ad we pay for - WE AIR IT ELSEWHERE FOR THE WORLD TO SEE. Then The World will know THE TRUTH about The Media.

Goodbye, Mitt Romney.

Mittens got 200 to show up to his rally yesterday!

To arms! To arms! The Redcoats are coming!

Wow, good news!

Did the local news cover the event? After all we know the MSM news didn't!

The Winds of Change!

The UT

The UT had a positive article on it (and the best pic evar!). They are the biggest paper in San Diego.

I read the PRINT article in today's newspaper: Pathetic!

The link above was from last night on the Union-Tribune's WEBSITE, not the actual newspaper which came out today and I have here.

The "opposition" is getting really desperate. Part of the article reads (quoting an "expert", I am sure): "Paul's singular strength is he has a SMALL but dedicated group of supporters who turn out at very, very high rates for caucuses and other venues". Sure, we are a "small" group of supporters. And: "Ron Nehring, former Chairman of The California and San Diego County Republican parties, said that Paul was never running for president but rather to make a point".

Desperate attempt at suppressing THE TRUTH, San Diego Union Tribune.

This is great!

This is great!

Just got back from UCSD

What an awesome crowd! I'm tellin' ya, that Ron Paul can really read a teleprompter! You could hardly even TELL! LOL! Man, the crowd was JACKED! THOUSANDS of freedom lovers listening to this inspiring man do his thing. Unreal. I doubt if I'll sleep tonight I'm so wired. Funny, before it started there was a lone Romney guy standing around with a Romney for President sign. I'm bummed that I didn't get a picture of him, and I went back afterward to talk to him, but I guess he either didn't stick around or he threw his sign away in a blinding flash of intelligence.

That was Mario, LOL

He's one of the biggest RP supporters in town. He was just jacking with the crowd to get a rise out of people, start a discussion, and make Mittens look foolish. He hosted an RP cocktail party at his pad a last week and sprung for all the food and drink. On Super Tuesday I ran into him on the streets and we were pretty downbeat after the results came in, so I handed him a bunch of Super Brochures and we flyered cars for about an hour.

My favorite pic is right here

That's a rally - take heed :)
