Why does every single news source not count LA win?

Why does every single news article STILL say Paul has not won a single primary or caucus when he dominated LA's Caucus just days ago? Some of these articles even say that he won LA's caucus and that he hasnt won a caucus. This just annoys the living hell out of me
because they're talking about
