no you invoke Reagan, because his people took over the party

between 1976 and 1980. It shuts them down.

Only problem with Reagan grassroots People was when his terms ended, they no longer worked at the local levels and then the Bushies came in and that's where we have been up until TODAY.

So we have to continue bringing in new Ron Paul's when he, Rand Paul etc. are done, and we need to keep we the people in charge and remember that it's not about the party.

Whenever possible state: THE HIJACKING IS BEING ENDED !!!

Whenever possible state how it is: TO THE CONTRARY - THE HIJACKING IS BEING ENDED !!!

GOP was hijacked by the Neocon Warmongers by project and plan - that hijacking and coup is ONLY BEING REVERSED AND ENDED!

The Republican Party is being led back by party members and eligible future Party members to where is stands in the pages of history - not the useless cleptocratic warmongering corporatist facist tool it is in some aspects nowadays - because of the OCCUPATION REGIME that was installed!

When Fascism and Neocons go to sleep, they look under the bed for Ron Paul and the Freedom and Liberty Movement of WE THE PEPOLE!

When Neocons & Facism go to sleep, they look under the bed for Ron Paul and "WE THE PEOPLE"!

"Takeover" is a good word-"hijack" is a bad word

Takeover the GOP--that is our intention. We are doing it fair and square and have nothing to be ashamed of.
Yesterday Romney tried to HIJACK the conventions with counterfeit slates and badges. I take offense when they say we hijacked the conventions.

"Takeover" and Stepping Up to Take Charge

"Takeover" is how it has got to seem to them. The way to counter the bad part of that is to be nice.

You have to be able to see how we look to the status quo: we look scary, and should be aware of that.

Sometimes being an overwhelming force is good, and sometimes bad. For example, if you overwhelm in an obnoxious way, without respect for the people who feel they have been the backbone of party politics all these years... you can alienate them and cause backlash, some of which may be substantial.

On the other hand, you can use this image to win those over who "just want to beat Obama," and who are happy to join your parade. Again, though, it helps not to make enemies by being nasty in your descriptions of them, or unkind to their friends and families. Name-calling never works well.

Mommy Mommy those Ron Paul supporters took over our private club and turned into a public lunchroom for the people and they did it with our own rules, they just hijacked it .... haaaa haaaaaaaa haaaaaaaaaa!!!

Okay, so after many election years...

the establishment has taken over both parties and put their chosen ones in office. So what the heck is wrong with the people trying to take it back!? And if they are so sure about Romney, why do they even worry about such a takeover! In my opinion, if Romney already has the nomination in his pocket, they wouldn't even bother to print such articles! Once again...they have egg all over their faces!

Good points Kron

What is wrong with people who care about the constitution and individual liberty taking over the republican party? The guys who have been in control haven't done such a great job - if anyone hasn't noticed

Well that is the object of

Well that is the object of the game is it not? To take over the GOP?

Takeover isn't totally unfair

It wasn't hostile (or illegal, or aggressive in the libertarian sense). They followed the rules, and took over the party at the local level. Now they get to remake it into something better. That's how an election works.

Though it does have an unnecessary negative connotation. "Win" is a much better term, but then again, we know the media (1) hates us and (2) loves sensational headlines.

Yesterday, they predicted a "hijack"

and now it's being downgraded to a takeover. Cool.

Yeah, and besides that...

...they "hijacked" the Tea Party that was started by Paul supporters...guess they had it coming to them! Whiners!
