SC = No

You cannot write in for prez in South Carolina. This map is wrong.

Only 10 states at most will count a write-in vote for Ron Paul.

SC does not allow write in

for prez. Your map should show SC as red, not purple.

It's worse than we thought!

Some states fall under more than one category and I went with the one that had the most concise answer as to whether Ron Paul would be able to have write-in votes counted in that state. I've had some people point out that the situation may be worse in a state than the map represents in a few cases but have still not had anyone show me where the situation is better than the map represents. I think over all that the map I made makes it clear that there can be no unity in November in the liberty movement by the promotion of writing in Ron Paul's name. 4/5ths of the country can not write-in his name and for someone to say that they are going to write-in Ron's name to make themselves feel good is a selfish move and it flies in the face of unity and sends a message that will not be heard.

I'm actually - for the first time EVER

considering not voting for prez at all. Just not participating. It seems bizarre but righteous at the same time. Imagine, precinct exec and I'll not vote for prez. Ha ha

Write-in Ron Paul

As I have written in several posts on the Daily Paul regarding a write-in vote for Dr. Paul, in most of the States where write-in votes are counted, Dr. Paul must file an affidavit with the State stating he is a candidate for the office of President of the United States and listing the names of the Electors who would go to the Electoral College in December to vote for the next President should he win by Write-IN.

Also to do that Dr. Paul must resign from the Republican Party and change his voter registration to unaffiliated. He and I discussed a write-in campaign in 2008 and he could not resign from the Party as he was a candidate for reelection to Congress. That barrier has been removed as he is not running for reelection.

The ball will be in Dr. Paul's court if he does not get the nomination. Will he choose to run as a Write-In? I don't know. Why don't you ask him.

He already has his Electors chosen as he had to do this as a candidate in the Republican Primaries and Caucuses. All he needs to do now is fill out the paperwork for a Write-In Candidate.

Please see my prior post on a Write-In Ron Paul campaign. All the information that you need is right there.

If Dr. Paul chooses not to run as a WRITE-IN then I guess you all will just have to vote for me. WRITE-IN GROVER I will file the needed paperwork and collect the ELECTORS as needed in each state.

A VOTE FOR GROVER IS A VOTE FOR RON PAUL RP will be my VP

Yeah...but they won't be

Yeah...but they won't be counted, so what is the point?

Could also point out that no

Could also point out that no one here will care about what you have to say, so what's the point??

My state

My state does not allow write-in votes. I'm going to see what I can get started to change that.
