How much effort is the campaign putting into winning Texas?Submitted by Brad.king92 on Mon, 05/07/2012 - 23:32
Somebody please give me some confidence that Ron Paul will win Texas. So far it looks like the only thing they've done to try to win Texas is put out a terrible ad and held a few rallies. Sure, he's had thousands of people turn out at these rallies but he got 6,200 people to turn out in Wisconsin and he didn't come close to winning that. Ron Paul supporters are more enthusiastic than other voters so we would expect them to show up in great numbers. But the typical Romney/Santorum/Gingrich voter don't bother to leave their house except to go to the voting booth. In other words, they have a silent majority. I'm not trying to be a negative nancy here but I just feel like the campaign could be doing a lot more to win. I know that since Romney has been crowned the nominee, a lot of people won't bother going to the polls. But on the other hand, most people have no idea that Ron Paul is still running. I REALLY want this to happen, but currently I just don't see it happening.
Somebody please prove me wrong.
