Shouldnt the GOP threaten to unseat Romney's ND delegates?

The recent letter from the RNC to the folks in Nevada suggested that they would not seat the whole delegation because Paul got more delegates than represented by the popular vote. But didnt Romney do the same thing in North Dakota?

He got more delegates there than Paul but Paul beat him in the popular vote. It seems that people should make this point when being attacked by the media.

At Tampa, the Paul campaign

At Tampa, the Paul campaign and Paul delegates should push for one of two things: 1) Throw out North Dakota delegation, or 2) Bind North Dakota delegates proportionally based on straw poll results. I'm a fan of option 1. That way Romney won't get those delegates on subsequent ballots.

Rules #11 petition on change.org

Chairman Reince Priebus violated RNC Rule 11 when he declared Romney the "presumptive nominee" and shattered it entirely when he said, "It's beyond an endorsement. It is a complete merger wherein the RNC is putting all of its resources and energy behind Mitt Romney to be the next president of the United States."

If the RNC does not abide by ITS OWN RULES regarding nominee selection, in what way is this election not a complete farce? We've all seen the anti-Paul bias first hand, but now to disobey their own rules? By the CHAIRMAN? If Paul "has no chance", what do they fear? If Romney IS "presumptive" why hasn't HE spoken up about this disgraceful breach of rules, which at best will hand him a nomination that is completely dishonest and subject him to ridicule by the Democrats?

Virgin Islands

too, right?

yes

Virgin Islands too, also I believe Romney got more delegates in Nevada in 2008 then his portion of the "popular vote" Of course the real thing we can sink them with is the "clerical error" that somehow manifested into the busloads of fake delegates showing up. A clerical error would not create people to fill the non-existent delegate slots.
