From what I get
Doug want's us to stop being secretive about the delegate process and start going legit. I think most of us have been this for a while, but doesn't want our wins to look like secret underhanded "sucker punches" but instead be validated as actual wins (as they really are).
This is the reason for the SEO team. A lot of MSM articles, including Washington Times etc have portrayed us and the campaign as "secret", "arcane", "underhanded", etc etc. He wants us to stand up and say pronounce that WE ARE PLAYING THE GAME LEGITMATELY AND WINNING and wants Ron Paul searches to reflect that. He wants to avoid people searching for RP and reading how we used "dirty tactics", "under handed manipulation", etc etc.
This is the gist of what Doug Wead is asking us to do.

I am just confused
Ok, so NO ANNOUNCEMENT. From what I gather, they want help in putting out stories and videos supporting Ron. HE is calling this SEO. I guess his purpose is to get the good stories at the top of the search engine pages. But we all already do this...
It just seems odd, that there was all this hype, with him and Stossel, and that stupid Facebook broadcast that wasn't.
