If you watch earlier videos of his speeches the audience is smirking and sniggering at everything he says. Now they are all glum because they know he is right and there is nothing they can do to stop the rot.

I love how the British politicians stand up on their toes for a second every few seconds. Watch it, it's a very common cultural idiosyncrasy among enlivened British speakers.

Without Chinese massive aid, I cannot see the EU achieving good growth ever again. But of course there would be terms with this sort of deal.

I think those suffering governments in the EU will not get bailed out much more, their big banks will most likely.

The people in those countries have absolutely no incentive or motivation to do much, I do not blame them. The taxes must be reduced considerably for starters. ie. capital is fleeing quickly from there.
