What's scarey is that I was wearing a scarf over my nose at night because it was cold, and the police stopped me, asked me to remove the scarf and checked my ID, and when my friend asked why they had to stop me, they said that they thought I could have been a terrorist. This was over 12 years ago, before 9/11. And now to think that I could now been detained indefinitely without trial or lawyer for something like that is mind boggling...

What a Patriot!

Our media is controlled by five super wealthy individuals who work hand in hand with the Bankster Globlists.

It's amazing that Fox hasn't threatened, bribed, or removed Ben already. Could it be that his boss's believe in reporting the truth and possibly they are Ron Paul supporters?

Propaganda, misrepresentation, and ignoring the facts seems to be the norm in today's censored news.

bump for embed..

Ben Swann is absolutely

Ben Swann is absolutely killing it. He's obviously doing good for fox 19's ratings - they are giving him 30 minute spots constantly now.

I wonder how long it will be before Newscorp execs step in and shut him down.

Fox 19 is not part of Newscorp MSM Media

Fox 19 is owned by Raycom, which is an Employee owned company.

Raycom, I applaud you..

Thanks be to God... Apparently, Ben is safe for the time being...

We need him speaking the truth..

r'Evoluton to r3VOLution

: )

Often I don’t know why I pick the words I do. Sunday mornings I sometimes follow bread crumbs and spelunk into rabbit holes. Illumination reflects off the wall … enlightening for me r3VOLution deep down. Your wink instigated this stumble upon … where I wondered at the innuendo:

This I found fascinating:
[ I know, I know … I almost flipped it off in the first few minutes, as well … but I like rare, transforming, challenging, … as a path towards knowledge, in opposition to those that would have the agenda to infantilize. ]

Tree of Knowledge

“the truth can be told so as to be understood, it will be believed.

The … community of bonding that hopefully will be strong enough that it can carry the vision out into the mainstream of society. I think that the youth culture that is emerging … is an end of the millenium culture that is actually summing up Western civilization and pointing us in an entirely different direction, that we're going to arrive in the third millenium, in the middle of an archaic revival, which will mean a revival of these physiologically empowering rhythm signatures, a new art, a new social vision, a new relationship to nature, to feminism, to ego. All of these things are taking hold, and not a moment too soon.”

Still waiting on the youtube too

I need youtube links for some of the sheep in my herd who will only watch or listen to things after I have downloaded them, converted them to their "preferred" format, and burned them to a disk.

BTW I have had great success getting older people to listen to disks I've created while they drive around town and young people tell me they listen to them on road trips when their ears need a break from all the boom boom, F me here and F me there :)

These Rights Are Endowed By Our Creator

These rights are unalienable. The right to due process is ours (ALL humans) from birth.

Ben Swann got it wrong. ALL the rights, both rights mentioned in the Constitution which the federal government is charged with defending and prohibited from violating, and ALL the remaining unmentioned rights which are reserved to the states and to the people, are the rights of people, not citizens.

Only a couple of privileges are limited to citizens (voting, being president) in the whole document.

CITIZENSHIP is not required--only humanity is required. These rights shall not be infringed. Those "laws" are, plain and simple, unconstitutional, null, and void.

Why don't we just open up the Constitution and read it?

What do you think? http://consequeries.com/

Beautifully articulated

I like the way New York Supreme Court ruled on the rights of people.

"The people of this State, as the successors of its former sovereign, are entitled to all the rights which formerly belonged to the King by his prerogative." Lancing v. Smith , 21 D. 89., 4 Wendel 9 (1829) (New York)

Why these public servants are not being impeached for such behavior is beyond me. It is perjury from my point of view.

The way I understand perjury, which is mentioned as an impeachable offense in the Constitution, is as such. Perjury is the violation of a sworn oath. If you swore an oath to tell the truth then and only then would lying also be perjury. But when a US President swears and oath to abide by the Constitution then they directly violate the Constitution, they have committed perjury by violating their oath of office.

My dilemma is who has standing to enforce this perjury, I certainly do not? I have not incurred an injury so I cannot bring suite against the Presidents office. I would think that is the role of the legislators or judiciary, the other branches. Would that not be checks and balances?

I just got through watching the videos and my reaction was the same as yours.

Our unalienable rights come to us because of our humanity or, if you will, from our Creator. Our rights are not given to us by any government. If they were, the government could just as easily take them away.

The irony in all this is that our leaders are becoming terrorists in order to thwart terrorism.

Our nation should set an example of respect for the rights and freedom of every person and not stoop to the level of those whom we despise. If we become like those whom we despise, we become despicable ourselves.

Political elites are Psycho

And you know who you are.

Let's start calling him by

Let's start calling him by his name, Obama. The generalized term 'President' just aint cutting it for me. We rip Mitt all the time on these boards, but I feel like sometimes Obama gets a pass...

Maybe I'm totally wrong. And maybe I just don't see it. But it just seems to me that sometimes we give him a pass...

To be more accurate

He should be referred to as the "Imposter President"
It's kind, true and telling!

" In Thee O Lord do I put my trust " ~ Psalm 31:1~

Not to mention

the problem of agreeing on which name to use, Barack Obama or Barry Soetoro (Are there others?). We could refer to him by his Social Security Number instead, but there again, which one?

same as "government"

Deeds are carried out, not by abstract entities, like "the President" or "the government," but by individuals, who have names and who are responsible for their actions.

A good, short piece on this is "On That Day Began Lies," (1949) by Leonard E. Read. The pamphlet, apparently, was the basis for Chapter 8 of his Anything That's Peaceful.

Read "Appoint a Committee!" at www.thefreemanonline.org/features/on-that-day-began-lies/ or https://mises.org/daily/5291/.

In JRR Tolkien's published letters he made the same complaint

"If the people were in the habit of referring to ‘King George’s council, Winston and his gang’, it would go a long way to clearing thought, and reducing the frightful slide into Theyocracy." [29 November 1943 pg 63].

Free includes debt-free!

Zbig of Politico

Loves you and so do I. What does a tech giant curious from bailing ignorance out have to do with freedom? What, other than propaganda and a police state, does "The Land of the Free" have to offer? It's an illusion kind of place and it shows no Mercy to the common folk. Laugh out loud and be free. Maybe they aren't tech giants, but, they have your numbers. lol. Keep it simple.

Life deserves liberty and freedom

New Ben Swan Reports

1.) Reality Check: National Defense Authorization Act

2.) Reality Check Special: Did the president authorize provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act?

3.) Reality Check Special: Does the president have the power to order an assassination?

4.) Reality Check Special: The Enemy Expatriation Act

What about the innocents

I wish he pointed out the dozen other people BBQd at the drone strike in a country we haven't declared war with.
What if china did this in Texas to a 16 year old and took out others? What if they took out their blind activist?

See the The Cannabis Genome Project at the apple istore with Jane-Ome.

That would be all of them

That would be all of them, since none of them was proven guilty of anything anywhere.

thx for posting the links.

Love Reality Check

Ben is a great resource..

The president

Claims to have the power but he only has that power as long as we except that power.

Thanks in advance Ben!
