Worried about your 3rd constitutional right? Use your first constitutional right to protect it with reason.

Our first constitutional right is Article V of the 1787 Constitution for the United States of America. The 1792 Bill of Rights provides the 2nd amendment.

Anyone who really wants to preserve their right to bear arms can do so best with reason creating an Article V convention. Accordingly IF you do want to preserve your 2nd amendment rights, delete any thread that distracts from the proposal using legal process of our first constitutional right to protect gun rights.

Focus on understanding HOW to use your first constitutional right properly and start here.

Or, you are distracting from and not contributing to the only legal process that has the authority to uphold the second amendment as it reads.

I don't have Constitutional rights. I have inalienable rights

that the Constitution was written to protect and for which purpose government is formed. (it is the ONLY purpose for which we have government at all)

Until you get that straight, you will be lost.

I agree, they are inalienable in the philosophical sense, but in reality there appears to be no enforcement unless we are the enforcers.

Without free speech we cannot conduct the discourse needed to have the unity needed to assert ourselves as masters in AGREEMENT.

Agreement upon natural law which is also constitutional intent. Therein is where we become the masters.

We can know it and agree upon it, democratically if need be, and "alter or abolish"

Which is codified as Article V, our first constitutional right.

Okay, now the question.

So far this thread proves that those here advocating 2nd amendment rights do not know, realize or accept that their first constitutional right is Article V.

will prove that those here advocating 2nd amendment rights are not logical with regard to mental health and gun rights.

Now, let me qualify this proof.

Americans might be so messed up that they only perform in social groups, like sheep. Whatever the flock recognizes, they recognize. Otherwise no.

The other quality that may be revealed here is that those here advocating 2nd amendment rights in ths forum are not actually real people, or citizens or sincere.

If you want/need your gun, you need to be doing some critical thinking about now and be breaking away from any "flock" mentality you may have been entertaining.

Or, what does free speech, our second constitutional right mean if it not understood?

Sure, we can speak freely in most places, but powerful elites have removed the knowledge from the American education system needed to understand the most important truths.

Article V is our first right, but the gun rights advocates cannot seem to understand how to even discuss its use.

This must change or we will loose all of our rights, then our lives after we run out of ammo and realize that our unity, through speech is our best defense against tyranny and our constitution.

2nd Amendment activists probably wonder

how the NWO gets these people to shoot the public in theatres and elsewhere creating increased demand for gun control.

Activists will not find out because speech vital to survival has no meaning with out BIG $.

Activists will not find out because they do not understand that Article V with the concept of preparatory amendment to a convention will end the assault on their 2nd amendment rights.

They are too busy talking about the shootings and efforts to take their guns to focus on rational, effective, lawful and peaceful methods for protecting rights.
