NFL star Arian Foster boosting Ron Paul on twitter right now and shutting down racism claims

Show him some love on twitter folks. Here is what he has tweeted out so far:

Arian Foster ‏ @ArianFoster
Yes, but logic isn't a hot commodity these days. RT @HTownClown1: @ArianFoster u down with #ronpaul arian?

Arian Foster ‏ @ArianFoster
He does? RT @jpbrad0711: @ArianFoster Really suprised to hear that you support a man that condones (and some might even say supports) racism

Arian Foster ‏ @ArianFoster
I need proof of his racism RT @ListenKickrocks Arian you might want to do more research on someone before you proclaim your support for them

Arian Foster ‏ @ArianFoster
I have, and found no such thing. CAPITAL LETTERS. RT @ListenKickrocks: @ArianFoster that's why I said YOU should do research brother

Matt Rittle ‏ @FFRittle
@ArianFoster The biggest problem in politics is that people don't like other people. Everyone is a liar or a racist unless he's "your guy."

Arian Foster ‏ @ArianFoster
Word. RT @ariemuniz: old articles from a newspaper in the early 90's that he didn't write, don't count as supporting racism..

Arian Foster ‏ @ArianFoster
Is this what really influences your political opinion? RT @BeSkates: @ArianFoster proof: http://t.co/8Go8V6N1

I'm just with people that are with peace. I think it's important to talk about it nonetheless. Carry on folks.

Arian is into David Icke

Arian Foster ‏ @ArianFoster
@mack_austin "They'll either assassinate you, or assassinate your character." I've looked at some David Icke stuff. Lol, he's good with me.

He's online right now if you want to send him some tweets.

Being a Tennessee Vol Alum and Fan Myself...

this is great coming from Arian Foster. My wife and I watched Foster during his time in Knoxville. Glad to see someone speaking up about Ron Paul's LACK of racism. Maybe some folks will actually listen to Arian and do some research on their own and come to RP's side.

Arian just got himself

a new follower, and some links to retweet to his followers that believe RP is a racist.

I tweeted him the compassion

I tweeted him the compassion of Ron Paul ad.

I am not good with twitter in that I make it overly complex but I don't know how to respond to OTHER fools who message him.

am now following him =]

Arian Foster

is a beast on the field. not the most naturally talented guy, but works his butt off to out run almost everyone. it makes sense that a hard working individual such as Foster would support ron paul.

Personal life

As was documented on ESPN's Sunday NFL Countdown, Foster was a philosophy major at the University of Tennessee and is an avid writer of poetry.[14] Foster's first name is an abbreviated form of Aquarian, which means "water bearer," or "holder of knowledge."[7] Foster is of Mexican American and African American heritage.[27] Arian is more than just a talented running back: he is a husband, father, poet, writer and thinker. The Sporting News called Foster, “The most interesting man in the NFL.” When not at practice, Arian can be found working out with his personal trainer and brother, Abdul; spending time with his wife, Romina and daughter Zeniah; trying to straighten out his 300+ yard drives or volunteering with one of the many charities he supports including The Boys and Girls Clubs and “A Crucial Catch,” a program of the American Cancer Society dedicated to early detection of breast cancer.

very nice

I don't know about the rest of you, but I lived through the 80s. I was even in Texas for part of that time. In east Texas then, there was a lot of self-segragation...a black laundry-mat and a white laundry-mat, etc. Mixed groups got a lot of strong looks. If I held a grudge against everyone who said homophobic things to me or treated us in a racist manner, I'd have long ago exploded from the pent up hate. I did a lot of work changing hundreds of peoples views on the matter one by one, and I certainly wouldn't accuse any of them of being racists or homophobes now.

There are much worse issues to deal with at the moment. We need to stop initiating war for one. Peace.

Life is full of humor

God definitely has a sense of humor. Did anyone catch the irony in a black dude named Arian, supporting Ron Paul on racists accusations that couldn't be possible with the man's history in the first place. lol

Love the guy! More courage

Love the guy! More courage than any player in the game!!

That would be a great Ad

That would be a great Ad campaign for Ron Paul in Texas. Get various athletes and celebrities to all endorse Ron Paul in a commercial. Get Vince Vaughn, Peyton Hillis, Kelly Clarkson, Tim Thomas, Joe Rogan, Chuck Norris, Michelle Branch to all say 'I support' certain things like "The constitution", "A strong monetary policy", "Civil Liberties" and "a limited government."

And then finish the Ad with both Tim Duncan of the San Antonio Spurs and Arian Foster of the Houston Texans saying "We support Ron Paul for president of the United States."

Is Duncan a supporter?

Is Duncan a supporter?

Look for him to be blacked

Look for him to be blacked out during televised football games. "Who has the ball? I don't know!"

You made me laugh

Forever Liberty, too funny!!!!!!

To arms! To arms! The Redcoats are coming!

Philosopher first, football star second

Arian Foster studied philosophy in college - I've never heard of another football player doing that. He is brilliant and articulate. Go Texans

This is HUGE!

This is HUGE!

Go Arian Foster......I love

Go Arian Foster......I love PEACE TOO! Keep it up and I just might have to support your team next season! :)

This is a good endorsement

to have right before the Texas primary coming up on May 29. He plays for the Houston Texans and is one of the biggest stars in the NFL. Maybe it will generate a headline or two, although it's never really good to have the newsletters back in the news. At least Arian is defending Ron though, other celebrities have not done as well on this front, so this is great see a high profile supporter of Ron Paul who also happens to be black beating back on the bogus racism charges.

Here is Arian previously talking about Ron Paul BTW:
