Breakfast at Bernie'sSubmitted by SteveMartin on Tue, 05/15/2012 - 15:33
Seems to me there was a major turning point which took place on the morning Ron Paul had breakfast with Ben Bernanke. The campaign website scrubbed future events shortly after that, and then the mood turned to blaming us for the rudeness of the Romneybots.
While we may never know what happened during that little tete a tete, I think it is safe to assume it was NOT good for the cause of liberty.
Doug Wead waxed eloquently on Natural News Radio this morning (5/15) about the "buoyancy of the campaign" having to do with the likelihood of a Rand Paul presidential run in 2016. While Rand is the best we have in the Senate, he has drunk deeply from the neocon foreign policy Kool-aide jug, and can not possibly unite as many people behind him as his father has.
I wonder if we could get a FOIA request to reveal details of how the meeting was set up, and what was said, because it obviously (to me at least ) has had a huge impact on the future of not only the "REVOLUTION" but our country.
