I'm a little hazy, Is this libel?

I'm not too clear on the legal definition of libel, but I read a lot of MSM pieces on Ron Paul and none of them have ever come close to this level of outright defamation of character. So just in case I thought I'd move it up the food chain and see if someone more knowledgeable would know what to do with this.

It's not libel, it's satire.

Sending traffic to bad articles makes them rise higher in Google

This is what you choose to make your first post? It makes you smell like a troll.

Don't accuse people of being trolls so flippantly

or just because they make a single post. There is nothing about this that is suspicious. Heck, many of us don't know about the functions of the google search engine, myself included. That's all we need, here, is to aleniate people.

This person is obviously sincere. An apology is in order.

I Second That!

Here! Here! I second that suggestion.

Apologize Grand Wizard Kathleen and please cease attacking new members. To what end are you continuing to alienate new members here.

We are like the mechanism of a watch: each part is essential.

Point well taken. I am indeed a noob.

But I am just trying to get a little info. I apologize for my ignorance, I simply support the cause and was particularly inflamed by the insensitivity in this piece. And you do have my personal assurance that I am about as far removed from a troll as it gets. If it would help, I will kindly remove the thread.

Ignore Kathleen and her Klan

Ignore her. You are free to post whatever you like. I hope you are not the sensitive type though. GrandWizard Kathleen and her Klan are on the prowl for lynchings.

Don't remove it

We need to see the bad and the good so we can correct the bad and not live solely in a bubble. I also document articles like this as evidence of media bias/blackout. To answer your question about libel, it does not like this is the case as this piece is satire.
