Crime

How can crime be reduced if law enforcement would share Ron Paul's pro-liberty values? Does liberty decriminalise what we know is wrong? Does it change the heart of the would-be criminal? Does RP's belief in protection of an individual's property clash with an individual's freedom? How is this line drawn? Your thoughts please.

one surefire way of eliminating almost all Govt crimes?

yes, I said "almost all Govt crimes?"

Reinstate the LAWFUL Punishment for the Coinage Act of 1792, to be solely applied to ALL govt servants who have taken the Constitutional Oath who violate their Constitutional Oaths, or conspire to destroy and violate the Constitution, other than lawful efforts to legally amend the Constitution.

Corruption? Gone.

Sociopaths do not possess the conscience to stop themselves, FROM themselves, ever.

So the only two things a sociopathic psycho govt terrorist fears losing?

1. His/her physical, biological life
2. Means of their corporatist livelihood.

Since No.2 has never been properly been applied, nor works, I'd say simply reinstate what our Founders plainly, and clearly understood to work: a Federal capital punishment 'incentive' for violating the Public's 'trust.'

LOL what are the chances of CONgress passing a bill or a Const. Amendment that will instantly harm their own corrupt, thieving tyrannical, murderous themselves?

"Let it not be said that no one cared, that no one objected once it's realized that our liberties and wealth are in jeopardy." - Dr. Ronald Ernest Paul

Why can't Ron

bring this up in a new bill?
One that shows who voted for and who voted against?
That would expose each criminal who votes Nay!

" In Thee O Lord do I put my trust " ~ Psalm 31:1~

Ha... Bingo

You ask "what are the chances of CONgress passing a bill or a Const. Amendment that will instantly harm their own corrupt, thieving tyrannical, murderous themselves?"

They do not read what they pass. Done deal. ; )~

BYOR party... bring yer own rope

The reason for crime is this....

There is no fear of God before their eyes!
Ron Paul is NOT the standard for righteousness.
Jesus Christ the Lord is!
He, is that very Word of God!

" In Thee O Lord do I put my trust " ~ Psalm 31:1~

Crimes committed by law enforcement would surely drop

if they shared Ron Paul's views.

What would happen to the crime rate if law enforcement began setting a better example by not stealing (asset forfeiture), kidnapping (indefinite detention), or murdering (drone strikes on citizens)?

honest weights and measures

plus free markets equate to a more prosperous outlook
more opportunity for folks translates into less idleness
give folks a real pursuit of happiness environment and a reason to believe in a future, that'll change alot of attitudes.

if laws were made according to the constitution

the crime rate would go down to about 10-20% of current levels because there are thousands of unconstitutional laws on the books, 80-90% of all arrests and incarcerations are for breaking unconstitutional laws.
