how far can felony laws go?Submitted by anonymous10 on Sat, 05/19/2012 - 16:51
it is a felony sex offense to urinate in public.
what is public?
your house is public property, since you have to pay property taxes so if you urinate in the toilet in "your" house you are urinating in public.
there is no such thing as private property, therefore, anywhere anyone urinates is in public, therefore everyone is a sex offender.
do you think that this is taking it too far and it will never happen?
beneficial drugs were made illegal and police can break into your home if they think you have some to arrest you for it and deadly drugs with very minor benefits are approved by the FDA and legal.
if they can break into your home because they think you have drugs to arrest you, they also can find an excuse to break into your home because they think you are urinating and arrest you for that as well, all they have to do is modify the bill a little bit, which has happened to virtually every law that has ever been introduced.
