Fake or not it's funny!

Driver was suppose to say "I do not consent to search's" I guess what he said was okay but I'm learning that when it comes to dealing with the law and courts...the language you use is very important.

I don't see anything funny about this. I'm glad the motorist asserted his 4th Amendment rights but that cop's reaction was kind of depressing. I'm losing respect for law enforcement officers in general and if the "decent" cops don't start cracking down on this jerky behavior by their cohorts, I'm a little concerned about what this could eventually lead to.

The cop probably needed his buddies afterwards to cover for him and go on record saying they made up the whole scene, because he didn't get to search the vehicle and didn't call for help or nothing. The cop lost control of himself in a fit of rage. If he kept his job, he was lucky.
