This is NOT hypocracy

This is
~ stand up for the status quo,
~ business as usual,
~ don't stand for liberty,
~ "The Constitution is just a goddamn piece of paper" Jorge Boosh
~ gutless Georgia GOP compromisers.
~ period.

And yes, I agree with those who said it was asking too much of these cowardly leaders to withold support from any lawless nominee.

“Give a man a gun, he can rob a bank. Give a man a central bank, and he can rob a country and the world.”

Why does the video appear

Why does the video appear sped up around the 9:45 mark. Audio is normal, but watch the people on the big screen. They are being fast-forwarded...or at least appear that way.

I agree that it was a dumb move to tack on that ammendment

That is why Ike Hall didn't add that part to begin with. If you watch and listen closely, the crowd approved the ammendment as well. But the resolution was withdrawn when they figured out they had been duped into an impossible situation. At least the Congress critters will know where the majority in that room stand on NDAA and violations of the Constitution.

Why did they tack on the amendment

that blocked the GA GOP from supporting any candidate that is not opposed to 1021?

It was overkill and alienated the convention.

Perhaps they could have voted

to Release a Delegate from being bound to someone not opposed to 1021...

Did we here that right?

All favored and say Aye! All those opposed say No (silence) "no..." microphone 4? (inaudible bumbling) "I'm Ron Paul and I approve this message" piped in the background. Now let's try this again... And again? What was that? Great job Georgia patroits! Everyone in the room understands what is going on, regardless of how they line up.

I think that was the ringtone the guy filming has on his phone

I kept hearing it live and wondered, finally someone in the chat figured out what it was.

God grants liberty only to those who love it, and are always ready to guard and defend it. – Daniel Webster

Whew...what a mess.

The GOP disobeys its own rules. Where have I seen that before? (Every where)...
