This song does a lot to promote the power of good rap. (Too many rap songs promote stupidity and/or violence or serve only to communicate how great/rich/studly the rapper is.)
I hope folks take this song with them to all future events. This needs to be blasted from loudspeakers and bullhorns, alike! Awesome job!!
Not a huge fan of most rap, but this just totally rocks. The music sounds fresh (not just words set to some rehashed old rock lick) and the words are great.
I made this video public again. I wanted to get Roy Shivers' permission to have his song posted, and he said he is fine with it as long as no one is selling it.
The trumpet solo reminds me of the best of Miles Davis (Christian Scott playing here), with a characteristic sordine-sound, a wonderful bittersweet feeling, fireworks, up and down blues effortlessly married to magnificent jazzy fugues. It doesn't get in the way one single time. It flows like silk, smoothly, supporting everything with the right tone and beat, it brings all the sounds together, just like Ron Paul. The trumpet is Ron! ;D
If they lost the trumpet track from their song they'd lose their soul. Don't change your trumpet for me. 5 out of 5 stars.

I'm not here to be a cheerleader or a yes man. This video is great, the song is great, but as with King Solomon's last Ron Paul song, the sax just gets in the way. If they lost the sax track from their songs they'd be perfect.
.
Amazingly well done. I didn't get half of it, since everything kind of whizzed by, but what I got was just amazing. Whoever wrote this knows his/her stuff - it was ALL in there. I bet Ron will just smile and shake his head in disbelief that this was done at all.
This transcends rap - this is Art of a very high order.

Some corrections:
1. Luminati = illuminati (ie. The People of The Light)
2. still = shill (the Barack Obama line)
3. Raithion = Raytheon

I praised just the opposite.
