I made the general election because one of the guys fell ill and resigned.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE-

Recently, District 42 House Candidate Josh Schreiner has stepped down as a competitor for the November 6th general election.

On the evening of August 23rd, the District 42 Executive Committee held an emergency meeting and unanimously voted to nominate Mike Peterson as the officially endorsed Republican replacement candidate.

Mike Peterson is a former Republican primary candidate in the June 12th election. Although falling short by just twenty votes, he still managed to win two out of the four precincts.

While he acknowledges it is not the most ideal circumstances to run on, Mike Peterson is eager to join the race once again.

“I wish the best for Josh and offer my thoughts and prayers for the trying time that him and his family may be going through. I’ve always had respect for him as an individual and what he has stood for. I am however, excited to re-enter this race and the message is the same as it has been previously: I stand for limited government, fiscal responsibility and the protection of life at all stages.”

Mike Peterson, a native of Grand Forks, is an employee of Options: Interstate Resource Center for Independent Living in East Grand Forks, a small business owner and serves on the Grand Forks Young Professionals Committees for Marketing and Community Involvement.

how to verify if these requests for cash from Paul folks are legitimate?
why should we support everybody who wants a free or cheaper ticket to go somewhere?
if you really need cash, get it from your friends, parents, siblings, or get a job if you can.

To answer your question, you can verify by looking at the list of Liberty Candidates at www.libertycandidates.com or www.liberty-candidates.org and seeing that Mr. Peterson is on the list of Liberty Candidates. Now you know he is 100% legit.

These men and women who stepped up to run for office on the inspiration of Ron Paul and have been vetted by past liberty candidates, legislators who won their seats, members of CFL, Libertarian Party and just plain ole Liberty Folk who love Ron Paul have done all the work......

you guys are family. It's been quite a ride with all of you since I first got to know Dr. Paul in 2005, knocking on doors in Iowa for him in 2008.
