3 ways to donate monies to the National Delegates!!

If you know someone in your state that should be helped please send a private message so they can be added to the list. Those donating but not choosing to donate specifically to a designated delegate in the link above will have their donation spread amongst all.

All info is on that page, 3 ways to help. I am gift wrapping and delivering all gifts (lockets) to the national delegates in Tampa for any that are donated, in addition to any funds which will go out monthly for May-June then biweekly for July and August. You will understand when you go to the link and read.

IF YOU ARE A NATIONAL DELEGATE and need funds for the flight or lodging etc please send a private message and they can add you into the list to try to help ASAP. Don't wait until July to start planning, get this handled and behind you with what you need now. WE NEED YOU in TAMPA! Please network and make sure you are all set for your trip!

Some other suggestions:

Flying is great BUT if you have those extra 2-3 days for driving and can take an additional 2-3 in your car by driving with all chipping in for fuel...you won't need that rental car in Tampa! Remember personal comfort is not top on the priority list so share and feel the great reward it brings to you!

Try priceline.com to get your hotel rooms for less...send me a private message and I will speak with you on how to get that done successfully. We try it for our convention here in NV and it worked! I was told no rooms available, price was 3 times as high, but I did get my room for about 1/3 the price and even was upgraded upon arrival!

Email to your STATE Campaign person and ask if they can connect you all in your state and nearby states in an email blast and then you can take it from there to email all in your state and other states to see if you have enough to charter a bus for say 2-3 states to be picked up along the way to Tampa. Don't wait til July to start planning, get stared today! Maybe they can give you the info that they use for the campaign but are not able to do for the National Delegates etc. CALL THEM! EMAIL THEM! Now!!

I am in Las Vegas, NV and hopefully you have read what we are doing in Clark County, NV !!!! It is so exciting here. So many Ron Paul supporters of liberty are now campaigning to be in local positions and more heading to the state and maybe even to DC! Making it happen here in Nevada! Following the rules and staying on course!

"May Delegates Join Together to Raise and Spend Funds?

Yes. Under FEC regulations, they would be acting as a delegate committee. A delegate committee is a group that raises or spends funds to influence the selection of one or more delegates. A delegate committee may be a group of delegates or a group that supports delegates. 11 CFR 110.14(b)(2).
Do Delegate Committees Have to File FEC Reports?

Possibly. A delegate committee becomes a "political committee" under federal law once it receives contributions or makes expenditures exceeding $1,000 in a calendar year. 11 CFR 100.5(a) and (e)(5); 110.14(b)(2). At that point, the committee must register with the FEC within 10 days and begin filing periodic FEC reports to disclose its receipts and disbursements. 11 CFR 102.1(d) and 104.1(a). All pre-registration activity must be disclosed in the first report. 11 CFR 104.3(a) and (b). Note that a delegate committee that has triggered status as a federal political committee must include the word "delegate" or "delegates" in its name. It may also include the name of the Presidential candidate it supports. 11 CFR 102.14(b)(1).
Do Contribution Prohibitions and Limits Apply to Delegate Committees?

The same sources that are listed above as prohibited from making contributions to a delegate are also prohibited from making contributions to a delegate committee. 11 CFR 110.14(c)(2) The following limits apply to contributions made to delegate committees:

Contributions from permissible sources to a delegate committee are subject to an aggregate limit of $5,000 per calendar year. 11 CFR 110.1(d)(1) and (m)(2); 110.14(g)(1). Note, however, that if the delegate committee is affiliated with a Presidential campaign, it will share the limit applicable to the Presidential campaign. 11 CFR 110.3(a).
Contributions by individuals to delegate committees count against an individual contributor's biennial contribution limit of $117,000. 11 CFR 110.5(e)."
