Is Rule 11 enforceable if Paul gave consent to joint Romney/RNC Fundraising?

The article below makes a quick reference to "consent" that the Paul campaign offered, which would allow the RNC and Romney to jointly fund-raise. I don't know what to make of it, but I think it blocks any rule 11 attacks on Romney/RNC.

More clarification is needed by those in the know.

People keep talking rules about a pissant private club that broke federal fec law.

When used in this Act:

Quit screwing around and go straight for Romney's and the RNCs jugular for their weak attempt to hoodwink people into signing voting pledges. That is where felony crimes by the hundreds or thousands have occurred.

And why did the RNC need to ask for the blessing of the Ron Paul campaign to start the victory organization, I still to this day do not understand what exactly this means. What is a victory organization?

Doesn't matter what Jessie said one way or the other unless

Jessie himself was harmed and decides to sue and he previously gave his consent.

What matters is that the party who wants to sue is "harmed" and wants to sue for redress. Whoever sues has to have been harmed. Were we as Ron Paul supporters harmed? Will we be harmed? How were we harmed? Do we have proof we were harmed? How much were we harmed?

That's for starters. I am not an attorney, just someone who has been around this stuff.

Exhibit A : Team Nevada, a shadow 3rd party organization totally distinct from Nevada GOP is getting money channeled to it through RNC. This by itself is a clear-cut violation - over & above Rule 11 issues.

Involvement of a shadow 3rd Party should DISQUALIFY Romney from being eligible for 1st ballot in Tampa. This is something for which legal options need to be sought very quickly.

Of course we are harmed, as many of us have worked hard to get seats on central committees, to be delegates to go to Tampa. By writting letters, paying money to the campaign, while people think Ron Paul quit. Yes we are harmed, and what's more, bullied. Too bad we can't get traction with that truth.

They way we are being treated as Republicans facing this corruption is discrimination and prejudice, not to mention the fraud we are fighting in each state, and the MSM blackout.

When we got started this year, MSM was quick to bring up the old newsletters, and before I knew it. my Ron Paul mobile had been attacked/keyed, and I had "a friend" (not anymore) at work tell me that homophobe racist Ron Paul should STFU in a LOUD voice, Eventually, I wrote to the editor of my paper, who published it, because I explained that I was being attacked for my presidential candidate for being a racist and homophobe wheich wasn't true.

I can take it. I don't feel the need to dish it, but I also don't think I deserve it, nor does Ron Paul or any of us.

I was looking for that statement. The only thing benton agreed upon was the victory organization not declaring rombama the presumptive candidate. Where that mis information came from I don't know but it needs to be clarified.
