Why I Support Glenn Addison

I've been waiting to hear it

Ted Cruz:
As a teenager Cruz memorized the Constitution, studied Hayek, studied Mises, and was a national debate champion who went on full scholarship to Princeton, then Harvard Law. Who's family escaped to the US with nothing after Ted's father fought in the revolution against and was tortured by Castro.

He supports repealing the NDAA. "Will co-sponsor Paul's 'Audit the Fed' bill... First bill will be to repeal every letter in every word in Obamacare". Supports eliminating the Department of Education. Supports eliminating the Department of Commerce. Supports eliminating the Department of Energy. Supports eliminating the National Endowment of the Arts. Supports eliminating the IRS. Defended US sovereignty against the UN World Court.

Oh, and he has Ron, Rand and DeMint's endorsements (and Hannity... and Palin, Levin, Beck...)

Okay, I've heard the speculation on why you don't support Cruz, but I haven't heard one solid argument FOR Addison.

All I've seen from Addison is a fear monger who doesn't understand the philosophy of liberty; who proposes micro chips to fix the illegal immigration problem.

But he endorsed Ron Paul. By the way, Paul gained nothing from Addison's endorsement, but Addison sure did gain quite a bit by endorsing Paul (it was good enough for a lot of you)

Are you actually listening to the candidates and looking into what they stand for? Or just waiting for them to tell you what to do by endorsing Ron Paul? Thus telling so many other people what NOT to do (The Hannity, Palin, Beck, Levin entire demographic for instance... not that they were listening to both candidates anyways)

Who has the most to lose from endorsing RP? Who has the most to gain from endorsing RP? It's left me skeptical, but anyways it's speculation.

So here is your chance: WHY DO YOU SUPPORT GLENN ADDISON?

They both are neo-rEVOL/neo-Tea Party

I personally support nether. 1 is a 55%er that isn’t willing to fall on his sword for the rEVOL. The other is a 75%er that talks a good game but is more like a modern day Tea Partier. He loves the protections of the Constitution because it protects others from trampling on his constituent’s interest but is willing to trample all over it to impede others he disagrees with from fully expressing their rights. They both are neo-rEVOL/neo-Tea Party. Addison is just willing to fall more on his sword for FREEDOM then Cruz. Cruz like Rand lean sideways at times and like to pander to special interest groups to get their support but they do stand for the Constitution but they both aren’t willing to fall on their own swords for FREEDOM. They prefer to use soft speech and plead and beg suddly for their Constitutional rights then to stand up for FREEDOM and demand it. Oh and Cruz has too many close lies to BiG MONEY so you have to ask yourself in the end will he turn his back on them and the financial backing for the rEVOL and FREEDOM? idk.

They are both better than want is in there but the real question is what does this movement stand for? Will we compromise on the constitution to vote the better of 3 evils or remain to stand on our morals and by the constitution which is why we attract so many FREEDOM fighters in the first place.

Heed Ron Paul’s and the founding father’s words don’t compromise on the CONSTITUTION.

I’m a Ron Paul Republican and I will abide by the Constitution and the Paul Doctrine WIN, LOSE or DRAW.

Hold the LINE for FREEDOM and MARCH steadfast with the CONSTITUTION in HAND

Thanks, but this is mostly

Thanks, but this is mostly speculation and I'm not convinced...

for instance, the "Fall on his sword" thing - I could argue Addison is using RP to gain votes, name dropping while no one but libertarians are listening, directly asking RP and his supporters "for help"

Again, this is all speculation, I want to know what you are voting FOR, not how you are superficially judging the candidates

This is a WAR of ideas NOT a WAR for candidates.

Addison is the cleanest shirt amongst dirty laundry but Cruz is the name brand dirty shirt most Americans are likely to wear (vote) over the cleaner Addison shirt. It is what it is. I don’t care what they represent just FOLLOW the CONSTITUTION up and down. I admit Cruz has a better chance of winning but Addison is more of a up and down guy. More people would vote for Cruz if he was a up and down guy but he is not he is a soft spoken pander like Rand. In not knocking them it is what it is. Cruz can build a bigger tent with his delivery and pandering to certain special interest. That’s good for him. He has to handle his business as a politician so does Rand but both and others like them have to understand the rEVOL won’t fully stand with them like with Paul. All they have to do is FOLLOW the constitution up and down. Is that HARD?

I’m voting for neither BECAUSE they both are neo-rEVOL/neo-Tea Party. Can’t find the right candidate then move down stream. If you can’t find any in your city support others in other cities or run yourself. I don’t want speeches I don’t want handouts or programs, bailouts, TARP, etc. All I want is that they shut up and follow the constitution up and down and let the LIFE chips in the private sector fall where they may FREEDOM. That is what most rEVOL want. They aren’t voting for Ron Paul because they like what he says or believes in. They support Paul because he follows the constitution up and down with his actions. Why do you thing Democrats are registering Republican. If Paul doesn’t get the nomination many might go back and vote for Obama. The rEVOL are not a bunch of diehard neo-con Republican lovers. It is a coalition of unique individuals that want FREEDOM. If your with that up and down and are willing to fall on your sword (proudly suffer the consequences for fight individuals constitutional rights) then you will get our VOTE.

This is a WAR of ideas NOT a WAR for candidates.
