Buchanan thinks Lieberman will be Secretary of State and Billy Kristol thinks so to so I guess it's very possible. If that's Romney's true intention (or more aptly his puppet masters)then his team will not be able to conceal it before election day and it will cause controversy within the Republican ranks and come November he will lose as a result. If he's going to have socialist warmonger like that in his cabinet people are just going to stay home and be unenthusiastic even more than they already were. It's like the Republicans are retarded.
