Delegates vs Goliath - And the Daily Paul Connection

Pretty bold statement? Look around in these posts. Rarely is there agreement on posts regarding Delegate strategy, RNC Bylaws vs State Law vs Federal Law, vs Constitutional Law - and which ones apply to whom. Additionally, we argue about legal standing as well as legal advice – (which, if you are NOT an attorney, you are breaking Codified Law just by offering it).
This is NOT an example of healthy discourse. It is the few trying to lead the many.

Then, when we finally DO get an Attorney and a legal aid, both volunteers working with “Lawyers for Ron Paul” (Check their Facebook page) to come on and offer initial contact so we can pursue the legal recourse ... It hits the fan.
Make no mistake; it is the ONLY COURSE LEFT TO US, PEOPLE!

A couple of points to make this absolutely, perfectly, crystal clear:
The campaign said it was NOT going to pursue legal remedy regarding voter fraud. Everybody cries why not? Because if they do, it splits the party and all of the ground made in placing freedom minded people at local and State RNC positions erodes to nothing, zero.
EVERYTHING We’ve done SO FAR, the whole message we preach will become NULL and VOID!
And, because they (The campaign) know it can still be done …
At the STATE level by the VOTERS THEMSELVES!
Represented by a group of voluntary legal practitioners … without bringing Dr. Paul into the fray or cause a financial burden on the plaintiffs (That would be you Delegates).
FRACKING BRILLIANT!
So, NOW do you understand that the campaign HAS NOTHING TO DO with this?
They cannot do so without repercussions that would fracture the party, and therefore the movement within!
It is the Delegates vs Goliath. Got it?

Now, to be fair, I understand how some are skeptical of anything resembling a solution being offered to us from what some would say, is an “outsider” (a new user). We’ve been lead down primrose paths and I have read some of the accounts regarding the imposters from other campaigns sent here to cause trouble or data-mine the site.
However, that does not justify what I’ve seen here, Sorry.
These guys come on with an offer to RIGHT the WRONGS done to the Delegates by the RNC, and are they welcomed with some modicum of respect? Maybe, cautiously optimistic? Mildly polite, even? NO. We all can plainly see the answer is no. Not only are there arguments about the voracity of these gentlemen between members, it is also directed angrily at them. Some members here are so mean … so incessantly rude with their comments that I was personally embarrassed as I read them. Individuals who, in this instance, showed a complete lack of class.
And, just who do you think YOU are representing? US? All of us Ron Paul supporters?
You are combative bullies who think you can hijack the comments of a post and force-feed your opinion on the readers… for our own good? Really?
Like …how the Marijuana Laws are, right? Feeling stupid yet?
And, the most important qualification – Are you a delegate saying you are not going to even inquire as to the validity of their claim? Or are you a Ron Paul supporter who is giving advice where you are not an expert in? Or …
Are you COINTELLPRO?

Of course, as it always goes here lately, the accusations began to fly!
When a few members turn these things into a witch hunt, they find something spooky, alright. The spooky spectacle of mob rule – the masses being incited by speculations and allegations by one or two folks who have the respect of one or two …. And it escalates from there.
Like, alleged proofs of anticipated misdeeds. Using a gmail account proves they are not who they say they are(?) and some person called (name-withheld) does a half-fast whois search and concludes the websites are a scam, so the individuals are.
Which, I will say for the record is a deliberate lie.

Both are private domains. That doesn’t mean fraud. It means they’re smart and don’t want to be spammed. Duh.
You say you want to live in a Republic? You want to live in FREEDOM?

Yet, Have you NOT learned nor practice the underlying principles of FREEDOM that Ron as DRILLED into your head?
You must DO FOR YOURSELF, be responsible for YOURSELF. LEARN for yourself. And, DO NOT impose your will onto others, whether or not YOU think it in their best interest.
Freedom means a “no-nanny” State.
And a “No-nanny” Daily Paul.

If you let others think for you, easily persuade you into accepting “their conclusions” as yours … regarding anything, and they convince you that you would get the same result if you did the work for yourself … then you do not belong here.
