Ah-hah I just figured it out, they hate on Ron because...

He is GOP. I think we need to separate ourselves if we cannot take control, the neo-cons have such a bad reputation they can even foul the image of America's finest statesman just through association. They haven't taken the time to listen to him, he's running as a republican so it's just a gimme that he is EVIL like the rest.

Wow- I thought Ron was more popular with libs

I read the comments in disbelief. I thought Ron's Anti-War position would get him somewhere with the left. They all seem to think he will make us all pray in school, or outlaw abortion first thing. So much ignorance, sad.

Clarification: the REDDIT comments, not "ours" :@)

As someone who uses Reddit a

As someone who used Reddit a lot for years now, I can tell you with utmost certainty, that the average Redditor is a total moron. But they think very, very VERY highly of themselves.

It's basically one giant circle jerk of extreme leftists who couldn't think outside the MSM generated box if their life depended on it. They think that Ron Paul is an evil genocidal racist who wants to take away every social program and safety net and give all the money to the 1% while everyone else dies on the street. They seriously believe that.

The anti-war position of Paul has been totally wiped out by their Obama worship. War is cool now that Obama is President.

Any news on

what legal recourse against this election fraud is being taken?

The names of the pigs involved

This was posted by another DP patriot
I'm not positive on the accuracy, feel free to go over the videos and verify, but I think it is an honest effort and a great start!

So these guys at the Shreveport PD aren't all angels:

Some even shoot at unarmed people:

As Alex Helwig waits for his day in court with these cops, I suggest we hit em back with a Ratemycop.com blast. You can rate different police officers across the country, and they have the names of all Shreveport PD officers at this link: http://ratemycop.com/index.php? page=1&st=LA&dept=11231&

The names i caught from today's LA convention videos are:

M (Matthew) Smith J (Joshua) Mayfield D (Deidrick) Williams (biiig jerk) Tim (Timothy) Beckiu

It is a collapse of the Old Energy GOP RNC & Left DEM

The gangster-like Cops in Louisiana fully highlights how they operate when they are dying on the vine...hey, it is just like many of the various religions in America...they too are of the Old Energy and they, like the GOP, etc., have turned away the New Energy which is depicted in the President Paul Evolution.

The Old energy does not die on the vine easily. They die hard and it won't be an overnight battle. It is one that will last for decades. The Old Energy can be likened to parasites which live off the energy and vitality of the New Energy, but the Old steal from the New and this is what is happening all across the USA.

Do not hate them for they are your mothers and fathers and sisters and brothers and cousins...rather, send them healing thoughts for they are indeed contaminated with the sickness of mysticism.

LaGOP trying to protect the Primary Vote where Paul got only 6%

of the votes. "How can Paul win the caucus when he only got 6% of the popular votes? Paul's people must be doing something underhanded"

Well, it is amazing how well Ron Paul can do when you count paper ballots. Also, most of the people who did win the popular vote, like Santorum, Perry, have dropped out of the race. We still have a strong group of ANYONE BUT ROMNEY voters out there.

So Ron Paul has the majority of votes in Louisiana and they should get over it.

Making our case

I believe this article and others about the corruption serve a good use for us though. It's time we stop trying have a good PR campaign with the GOP and the RNC, trying to make nice for the sake of "unity." We should totally focus our public relations on the general public. Americans LOVE underdogs, especially when they then being trampled by elites. It's time for division in the GOP, not unity.

I feel we should actually devide the old school republican party. "The Republic". We need to seperate ourselves from the corruption and greed not align ourselves with it.

No matter where you go...there you are.

Agree! Agree! Agree!

Ron Paul has spent the last 40 years starting a revolution; others have spent the last 5 or 6 fanning the fires and now we're supposed to start playing nice? We're supposed to stand unified with the NEO-CONS? WTF?

Now is the time to strike down the old guard and institute the new guard, not join in.

The Front Page of Reddit

The front page of Reddit isn't shocking. I've had articles submitted to /r/libertarian and /r/ronpaul hit the front page. What IS shocking, however, is that this was submitted in /r/politics, has over 2000 upvotes, and made the front page. Now that is shocking. /r/politics is a scary place for anyone who has not been brainwashed by the Left into believing in Big Government or Obama.

It made the front page

It made the front page because the liberals get to rip on both the GOP and Ron Paul.

Just made a Reddit account so I could vote up this article.

I've never even been on that site before, but you don't have to give them your email address nor any information to sign up, so I did it in order to vote up the article!! JCM

And it seems like its mostly sheeple

They spend time on the Internet but not enough curiosity to drive their views libertarian or conservative to the majority.

There are rp supporters but often get drown out by the socially accepted majority thought of Obama and the rag tag republicans. Though both sides are the same, these guys haven't figured that out yet

I think it's more likely that

I think it's more likely that this was upvoted because it was something bad that the GOP did, not because it was a Ron Paul article.
Maybe a little of both.
Point is I don't see a lot of help coming from Reddit anytime soon.

Take the eyeball time and run. B-)

If we can get them to push exposure of the Romney/GOP old-hand machine's suppression of Ron Paul voters, TAKE IT. B-)

That means: For each job "created or saved" about five were destroyed.

I'm Amazed

I'm amazed at how many people there think that the delegates are supposed to vote for who they're told from the primary results. These people have absolutely no clue how the delegate process works. If the delegates were supposed to copy the primary results, why would we need delegates at all? We'd just put down the winning numbers of a popular vote on a form, add them all up and have our nominee. That's a terrible idea, of course.

They say that we're trying to go against the "will of the people/public/voters" (Seriously, check how many times these exact phrases appear! I've seen that on many other sites as well. Are they parroting someone from the MSM?) and that it's not fair.

They don't know that they can become a delegate as well, or elect delegates, or that delegates are elected because the common person will vote for whoever the magic glowing box tells them is best.

Correct. Common sense really

Correct. Common sense really isn't it?

Just remind folks of the

Just remind folks of the North Dakota results. Romney got third place via the primary, but the most delegates at the convention...

The system is used one way or the either to benefit the elite. They just change their spin depending on the scenario.

delegates and popular vote

I hear ya. It surprises me as well. And they get angry about the possibility that the delegates might vote differently than the popular vote, but are unwilling to spend the time to get involved and be delegates themselves. My personal opinion is that if you can't take the time to become involved then you have no room to complain if the delegates vote differently from what you wanted.

The whole reason for it is because the majority isn't always right and will often vote in a way that hurts the minority. Plus, the delegates spend the time to educate themselves on the issues and the stances of the candidates. Not to mention the fact that a huge part of the populace can't even be bothered to vote in the primaries.

My vote counts...

I wanted my vote to count this time around so I became a delegate AND I happen to support Ron Paul.

Reddit is largely "liberal."

Reddit is largely "liberal." Obama submissions constantly get raised to the first two pages or so.

Congrats to everyone here on getting the article on the front page of Reddit - this is exactly what needs to happen.

Don't these morons understand that they're becoming (in)famous around the world within 24 hours when they try and pull this kinda bull****?

Name and shame is the name of the game.

And yet we know not the names of the punk

ass cops. I agree with what you are saying - and we need to take it to an extreme if this is to be kept a peaceful revolution. We need to find the names of the officers involved and go on an all out campaign to shame their names EVERYWHERE. We should do chip-ins to take out advertising in local papers - maybe even buy local tv advertising showing the video. I also think we need to organize a legal fund for times like this so WE can sue. It is easier for us to do since we don't have to worry about these same cops harassing us like local people do.
I am afraid if we do not start really getting the word out and hitting back with hard legal action and hard character assassination campaigns against these people - this WILL escalate to real violence at some point. For god's sake - they beat up on a 60yo guy.

Their names are posted

Here on the DP. Sorry, I should have more info before I post, but its under the article about the assault at the LA convention. Someone Googled the names and listed proof that a few of them have been in trouble in the past, to include a DWI while in an POLICE CAR!

the comments are the most interesting thing I have ever read
