Seriously, this needs to stay on top!! UNBOUND Delegates!!

This trumps ANY State or ANY Party Convention rules trying to bind delegate votes to a presumed nominee!!

“No person, whether acting under color of law or otherwise, shall intimidate, threaten, coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce..." - 42 USC § 1971 - Voting Rights.

Furthermore...
“Caucus or Convention. A caucus or convention of a political party is an election if the caucus or convention has the authority to select a nominee for federal office on behalf of that party.” - 11 CFR 100.2 - Election (2 U.S.C. 431(1)).

"For Life, For Liberty, and For Freedom, OUR MOVEMENT IS ONE... And We Will Change The Course of History!!"

The GOP knows this is TRUE!

They know this is the law. They have successfully relied on the masses to bow down and take their word as gospel truth, but that ALL changes NOW with the revolution! We will not a believe their lies anymore. We are intelligent enough to seek the truth on our own. They know we're going to expose them as liars and we are going to take OUR America back. This is why they are doing ANY and EVERYTHING to shut us out. They have NOTHING to lose at this point. The desperation makes it OBVIOUS that they KNOW we are coming after them and they will not have a leg to stand on! KEEP FIGHTING WE ARE WINNING!!!!!

thanks Matt for the research!

Lets get this video out to everyone! We will win it all!!

Loose Moose

That's great news but it wont help with the slated delagates

In some states where the delegates are not slated by the primary winner, the establishment has tried to introduce a slate anyway. However in other states like Florida that's the way it works normally. In that case all we can do is hope to become alternate delegates which are freely elected. So unless those hand picked slated delegates have "accidents" it's a moot point. We better focus on swaying those hand picked Romney delegates or we lose. My friend who was a perennial GOP candidate in the 90's explained all this to me months ago after we got trounced in Florida with a pathetic amount of support from the "official" campaign.

Rout the Globalists!!!

This is great news. Ron Paul

This is great news. Ron Paul can win!!!

I sure hope...

...This information is posted everywhere at the convention and printed on flyers to be handed out on the convention floor.

Now this is the post that should be permanently stickied to the

top of the front page until the convention is over but should also have the text of the 2 laws added to it.

The only way we will win the nomination for Ron Paul is in this video and need to be taught to every single Romney,Santorum and Gingrich delegate by our delegates before the convention.

Free their minds from the lies of the RNC and MSM and win this nomination on the first round!

"We must remember, elections are short-term efforts. Revolutions are long-term projects." ~ Ron Paul

If that is technically true,

If that is technically true, that's a bullshit law. The GOP is a private organization.

Doesn't matter if the GOP or RNC are private they are bound

by federal laws because they are legally allowed to nominate a presidential candidate so get over it.

11 CFR 100.2(e): ( http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/CFR-2011-title11-vol1/xml/CFR-2... ) Defining a national convention as a "Federal Election" for the purpose of electing a candidate for federal office. Which states:

“(e) Caucus or Convention. A caucus or convention of a political party is an election if the caucus or convention has the authority to select a nominee for federal office on behalf of that party.”

&

42 USC 1971 - Sec. 1971. Voting rights: ( http://us-code.vlex.com/vid/sec-voting-rights-19251307 ) Which states:

"No person, whether acting under color of law or otherwise, shall intimidate, threaten, coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any other person for the purpose of interfering with the right of such other person to vote or to vote as he may choose, or of causing such other person to vote for, or not to vote for, any candidate for the office of President"

The Republican party is a private party. A legal voter/delegate is also considered a private party. These private parties are separately governed by numerous federal and state laws (depending on their location).

The Republican National Convention; however, is a federal election made up of multiple private parties which serve to nominate a candidate for the office of the Presidency (which is a federal office position).

The Republican National Convention itself is a federal election bound by federal laws.

These two federal laws alone prove that no state law or private party rule can force an individual to vote against their own free will for any federal election. Period!

Death Penality

Unless I am much mistaken, one of the laws you quoted above goes on and says that those violating a person's rights can get the death penality, and it is directly applicable to Lousina, where they broke someones hip and another persons fingers.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.

Anyone who supports that law

Anyone who supports that law is hypocritical then because its obviously not libertarian

how it is not libertarian

the people are free to vote their will and conscience? I somehow don't see the point.

your supporting the force of

your supporting the force of government over a private party just because it benefits you

So anyone that supports a law to vote their conscience

isn't libertarian? I smell a Romney supporter.

as above your supporting the

as above your supporting the right of government to tell a private organization how their delegates can vote at their private convention, the convention isn't an election its a convention. thats a bs law

No!

as above I support the individual right to vote according individual conscience and will over and against any form of collectivist coercion and intimidation by a private (and pretty corrupt) party in bed with the government less and less beneficial for people and case of Liberty and using traditionally poorly attended straw polls results induced largely by deceptive corrupt media tactics and possibly even outright election frauds.
That's the right I support. So, please don't tell here the blatantly communist lies about my or others motives.
I'm European, it doesn't benefit me here nothing, except the people telling the truth and giving me at least a bit of hope there is still a considerable force of wise people who don't buy into propaganda and demagoguery stunts and are able to confront the deep corruption of the political system in your belligerently dumbed empire, which proved being seriously dangerous for whole the world.

All delegates unbound

there we have it! We can win this nomination if we are just diligent to go after it. This means showing up at the local and state convention and support the Paul delegates whether they are bound or not by state laws. This is why they are trying so hard to replace delegates in Massachusetts.

Take a copy of this law with you to Tampa to shove it in the face of security forces trying to remove anyone.
