GASP! Fox News Reports on Ron Paul!

Why the GOP can't afford to ignore Ron Paul and his many fans

"Ron Paul has stopped actively campaigning in forthcoming primary contests, and after Texas everyone agrees that Romney has the nomination effectively locked up. But Ron Paul’s people are still striving to rack up as many delegates as he can at state Republican Party conventions before the Tampa .

He’s continued to do it too—even after his May announcement that many in media spun as “Paul drops out,” the Texas Congressman cleanly won control of his second state delegation at Minnesota’s state convention.

This past weekend in a chaotic and divided state GOP convention in Louisiana, in which two Paul activists were injured by police, it appears likely that he controls the delegation in that state too. (Since the convention literally split in two, the national party will have to eventually decide between two competing delegations, but the Paulite convention had the majority.)

Paul also previously won Maine, and has strong hope of coming out of the state convention later this month in Iowa controlling their delegation as well."

Why on earth are we pretending this was a real fox news article? This was written by a paul supporter in a letter to the editor sort of format. It originated outside of the fox mad scientist news creation chamber. It's like me writing to my local paper and then pretending they wrote about Dr. Paul. I hate it when WE spin the "news".

After the damage is done-

FOX "news" doesn't want you to think they had anything to do with it....

(Carlos Mencia tips head in door).....

I still do not like Faux

I still do not like Faux News, and I will not vote for Romney...

...but that was a pretty good article.

Their viewership is going down as they are exposed for their lack of news coverage and their true intent of spreading propaganda. Encourage people to look to the internet.

This is interesting..

and might be a big deal. As Mr. Murdoch gets closer to meeting his maker he must be aware that ultimately his principles coincide with Dr. Paul's. If America and with it the Western world does not take the medicine it so badly needs that Dr. Paul is offering, we better get used to speaking Chinese.

Obedience to God is resistance to tyrants.

It's too late in many states (like Washington). They've already

...lost many of us.

We tried to offer a "unity slate" wherein we would be included with 30% of the votes for Paul and 70% for Romney.

They effectly laughed in our faces and voted that idea down.

The message was clear that they don't like us and would rather we not be in the party.

Well they'll get their wish.

In November they are going to wish they HAD offered us at least some recognition and respect.

The can't win without our votes in the general elections.

Apparently they just don't know it yet.

"We have allowed our nation to be over-taxed, over-regulated, and overrun by bureaucrats. The founders would be ashamed of us for what we are putting up with."
-Ron Paul

They Don't Care

The establishment GOP doesn't give a rat's tail for votes or winning. Their #1 concern is obviously to remain in control of the party. The establishment knows nothing will really be different between Obama or Romney. They may pretend to care so that they can raise money etc, but they don't. There is simply no other explanation for violently and deceitfully trying to keep liberty voters out of the party when inclusion would pretty much guarantee a republican president.

As for the average voter, it seems like the major sticking points are drug legalization and, most importantly, empire. The average Dem/Repub voter who supports Obama/Romney wants to keep killing people all over the world and putting people in jail for non-violent consensual "crimes" in the US. Suggesting a different policy is too "radical" for them. I wonder if their views will change when the government begins to drone bomb US targets and kill women and children here.

I would like to see a report

I would like to see a report of state-wide vevenues generated from "non-violent consensual "crimes" in the US."

Eff Romney and Obamba

Remember Doug Wead last winter? The path to the WH is though us...
(You) will not be able to get there w/o us. All the cheating, fake delegate slates, oounterfeit credientials.

The devil you say!

The devil you say!

They are just...

Kissing our rears in hopes we will vote for Romney. Once in office they will forget all about the constitution and liberty, prosperity and so on. It will be police state as usual, TSA gropes, even more $10 hour jobs, fat stupid lazy Americans don't want to work, they all just want welfare neocon bullsh**. I won't fall for it. Let Obama have it for 4 more years then. At least he just lies and says the economy is great, he doesn't say we are lazy. Bush did that "all Americans that want to work, have jobs!" lol

It is like all these Ron Paul supporters thinking they will have an influence on the party platform. They don't understand that the party platform is abandoned once the criminal gets in office anyway. Just like Adam Kokesh says, the party platform is meaningless and it is a waste of time to influence it since it does not get followed once in office.

"But you must remember, my fellow-citizens, that eternal vigilance by the people is the price of liberty, and that you must pay the price if you wish to secure the blessing." - Andrew Jackson

Slow down...

Folks don't get all warm and fuzzy... We still have the ballot counting problem. The military industrial complex aka Fed will never give up power. We have lost our country. When the dead cast votes and the count is done in the dark those doing the counting will always win. Nothing really matters past that..

Guys maybe just maybe and

Guys maybe just maybe and it's a really big maybe, we have already STARTED reshaping the GOP. This could actually be the start of something new. Don't automatically assume bad thoughts we can't keep the "the whole world's against us" attitude anymore. We're making a difference guys :D

This is actually a really

This is actually a really good positive article on Paul. Maybe now that "he has no chance" of winning the nomination, they can praise him.

Maybe they should say "Romney can't beat Obama" without

the Ron Paul supporters help. I guess we shouldn't have committed voter fraud and then expected them to vote for the shoe in.

Faux...You Suck!

Mitt...I will vote for Obama before I support the douche bag Priebus and his ilk. Stick it up your Mormon ass!

Remember who the audience was

This was aimed at the neocon crowd that has ruled out the good Doctor without ever really understanding his positions. Part of this article was written to possibly make some of the establishment think

"Because if Ron Paul is right about the dangers of government overextension both at home and abroad, it means the GOP has to actually be serious about this limited government, living-within-our-means stuff that is supposed to be the very marrow of conservatism... "

Because of this I believe this to be an extremely well written article

FAUX news' "fuzzy math"

"Paul can attract over 7,000 students to come hear him speak, a level of enthusiasm no other GOP figure can muster."

Maybe somebody should try basic addition. If you add up all of the recent crowds Ron Paul has drawn, it would be in the tens of thousands.

Again, this statement might appear "positive" to someone just clinging to a thread of hope that Faux "news" could have a decent bone in their corrupt, corporate body, but it is WEAK.

Right But...

Still impressive that Fox is turning the corner... a little... This is something that helps turn the corner of neo-con old friends of mine...

Impressive and Fox don't belong in the same sentence

There are much better ways to win over your neo-con friends than hoping Faux "news" will help out.

We are so fortunate that the R3Volution has brought such clarity and allowed us to see how Faux(among many) have proven themselves enemies of America. May we never forget who stood for and who fought against liberty when the battle was all uphill.

If your friends can't listen to you speak truth to them and they feel a need for Faux "news" in their lives, after you have said your peace, you might want to prayerfully seek out new friends.

I'm really glad they printed him, but i don't know if it was actually Fox News reporting.

That was so lukewarm it was hard to get through

Ron Paul is so undervalued in this piece. It doesn't begin to do Ron Paul nor what's really going on in America justice.

The author mentions the GOP being "scared" of Ron Paul. What's really scary is how dark things are growing with so many people still having no clue... Of course they can't even pick a good picture with tons of great pics of Ron Paul floating around.

Look up the word "lukewarm" in the Bible to see how God feels about it:

Besides, if FAUX "news" even thinks they can begin to get away with pretending to be half way civil towards the cause of liberty... T00 Late N00bs!

Obedience to God is resistance to tyrants.

Why is it we are referred to as "activists" by our own country men when all we are doing is asking them to obey and defend the Constitution?

"OH NO! He has a SON?" Neoconservatives and Liberals EVERYWHERE!

Rand Paul 2016

I found the word "Fan"

to be more offensive and derogatory. Kind of making us out as a bunch of groupies.

There are no politicians or bankers in foxholes.

Radical Ideas?

So it's radical to have a rational understanding of the motivations of our enemies?

Believing anything but the fairy tale Mitt Romeney repeats that we need to live within a police state so as to protect ourselves from a world-wide Islamic Caliphate which will otherwise somehow successfully subjegate the most powerful nation on the earth against our wishes?

Al-Qaeda got violent so as to draw the attention of the citizens of the US who are supposed to be in control of their own military which was killing people in the Iraq during a supposed cease-fire by the hundreds of thousands.

In 2003, the US removed the bases from Saudi Arabia from which it had been causing the deaths of hundreds of thousands of children and since that time no Saudi terrorists have attacked us...Ron Paul is 'kooky' for noticing this?
