The Establishment Fears Rand Paul

There are a lot of these articles popping up. Lew Rockwell commented on this.

Here is a quote from someone who went to a Rand speech in Iowa:

"I had heard that Ron Paul and Rand Paul were anti-Israel," Lane said. "But they explained to me that the position is not anti-Israel — it's anti-foreign aid….We give a lot more money to Israel's enemies than we do to Israel."

Interesting, they are getting it. To me, Israel has become a spoiled rotten kid that needs to learn to be a grown up country. Rand is making in roads with these people.

They also admit through out the article that policy wise there is no difference between Rand and Ron.

“From my perspective, Rand is certainly more popular" among the evangelical community, Christian TV producer Justin Machacek told Business Insider. "I think he’s from a younger generation and I think he speaks a more modern language. He’s easier to understand, so I think his message is much clearer. Not that it’s a different message from a policy standpoint, but I think his communication style resonates much better."

They also call Ron's bluntness (they call lack of finesse) 'endearing'.

Anyways, here is the article from Business Insider.

What Lew Rockwell comments

What Lew Rockwell comments are you referring to? On Rand? Or on Israel?? Curious.

It Is Abusrd That Israel Is A Political Issue

It is obscene that another country is itself a political issue in this one. Why need a candidate be "pro"-Israel? What other country receives, or in our history has ever received, this kind of status in our politics?

Another participant here put it well: Ron Paul is *not* pro-Israel. He is pro-America and neutral everything else.

I hope Rand takes the same stance.

most Christians are programmed from childhood, to think upholding the UN created state of Israel is what God meant when He told Abraham, "those who bless you, I will bless, and those who curse you, I will curse." Sad, but true.

Christians should not be warmongers! http://www.lewrockwell.com/vance/vance87.html

A Nation That Didn't Even Exist 75 Years Ago

What nonsense, though asserting as much is just about the most taboo thing one can do in our political discourse.

Why join them on a field trip/junket to Isreal?

Are they members of the greater council of churches? Why not focus on revisiting the liberty bell, the 10 commandments, the constitution. These people can't see they are being played? They've promoted genocide against Christians and muslims. They've become the whore of Babylon.
