Why I think Paul is right on war on drugs

There has been trillions of dollars fighting the "war on drugs" along with thousands of lives lost. I don't think its worth it. I did a researched blog below.

And just think, what if that money had instead been spent on abuse prevention education and rehab centers? As it currently stands, only those with lots of money, good insurance, or a court order due to arrest can get into rehab (both alcohol and drug).
