I used to like Celente. When I was first coming out of my political/ideological coma, he was there making sense. But now when I hear him its different. Maybe itys because almost nothing he has said ever comes to light in the extraordinary ways he says they will. I dont know. I have grown to hate the dramatic and slow, slurring tone of his voice. I now hear him as a guy making money on fear. He always makes a few good points, but rarely nails it. JMO.

I'd rather have a bottle in front o' me than a frontal lobotomy

Old News

What's the point? This is 2yr. old news.

Defeat the panda-industrial complex

I am dusk icon. anagram me.

Is it me, or has Gerald aged

Is it me, or has Gerald aged a lot since this time period?

He just stopped dying his hair.

Boycotting Grecian Formula.

I meant he sounds slower now.

I meant he sounds slower now. Like it takes him longer to find the words for his thoughts.

I remember I was in China when this came out

I missed it back then. YouTube is blocked in China. Can you believe that? Facebook, too. They have their own versions:

Old fashioned protectionism in the information industry.

He's the man.

I can't understand a lick of it

sure looks a lot like youtube though.

thanks for the links

Michael I will check those out it would be interesting to see how much Communism differs from "freedom" these days.

Celente is not someone

I listen to.

Conspiracies, conspiracies...

It is true that Ron Paul couldn't have finished his campaign in a worse way (unless he wins at the end)... This scenario has been well organized by the establishment, they are skillful to humiliate the ones who oppose and to destroy the movement in this way. But, Celente and Jones are helping to the establishment by accurately emphasizing this humiliation.

Maybe that is the job of media, but maybe... They liked RP, but now they are dissapointed. Is this why they liked him, to get dissapointed when the time comes for it? Or maybe this is just a constructive criticism that is trying to move RP?

Alex Jones exposed Bilderberg's threat to Ron Paul too. It reminds me of CNN which had reporters at the bombarded places, 30s after the bombardments... Was Alex a messanger? Oh my, Agatha Christie could not come up with all these weird developments, and then it is our fault when we speculate about conspiracies...

Anyways, their discussion is clear and insightful.

minus the texas blowhard, I thought it was a great piece.

As recently as 2011, Celente

As recently as 2011, Celente advocated pure democracy through national referendums online. So I'll take anything he says with a couple of grains of salt.

he said it again a month or two ago and held up a book

advocating the same

I liked it, except there was too much conflating of Ron and Rand

They are not the same person, as Lew Rockwell pointed out - they have always been different.

Great interview. Celente is

Great interview. Celente is not talking only about Ron and Rand Paul, he's talking about many other very interesting things.

I was shocked to learn that Christine Lagarde, the IMF boss, is not paying any taxes on her almost $500.000 a year salary, all this because she;s a diplomat working for UN and " the article 34 of the Vienna convention on diplomatic relations of 1961, which has been signed by 187 states, declares: "A diplomatic agent shall be exempt from all dues and taxes, personal or real, national, regional or municipal." (http://www.guardian.co.uk/business/2012/may/29/christine-lag...)

I highly recommend watching the interview: http://www.infowars.com/rand-paul-political-trend-shredded-b...

Sorry but I don't trust

Sorry but I don't trust [dis]Infowars. AJ & company constantly misreport and exaggerate reports, and have often omitted important stuff...

I'm not saying it's necessarily intentional, but they give you mostly truth, with just the right amount of lies.

Don't get mad, it's just my opinion.

Totally agree

Jones is controlled opposition, IMO, and Celente is a known democratic socialist. I couldn't care less what either of them think.

Blessings )o(

I never did like Celente,

I just figured out why.

On Rand Paul's endorsing Romulus: Maybe the thinking is

more good can be done from the inside than from the outside. You know the old saying, "keep your friends close, but keep your enemies closer", or something to that effect. I for one, prefer to see Rand Paul become Vice President than another zombie trained in stupidity if not an outright criminal.
I'm still hoping Ron Paul wins a nomination at the RNC, I dream of it. I can see the economy on an uptick within a couple weeks, simply by Ron's immediate deregulating measures. "... they were created by executive order, I will repeal them by executive order." Ya gotta love it! Go Ron Go!

Still here

It stings when I hear derogatory crap from folks that had an influence on waking me up and keeping me fired up about liberty.

Alex, Gerald, Rand.. Thanks for your efforts, but either lead, follow or shut the hell up and get out of our way.

Don't tell me the sky is the limit, when there are footprints on the moon.

like that last line.

They need ANYTHING to "kill

They need ANYTHING to "kill the movement". Too bad, so sad, it is alive and it is growing..just starting to cut its teeth..:)

Rand supporting Romney = Alex Jones being invited to the CFR

I believe that is a true statement by Celente.

This should be

"Alex Jones and Others Are Trying To Dive and Conquer the Movement!"

He'll never get a cent from me. And neither will Gerald "Pessimism Porn" Celente.

Jones is quoting the NYT? The headquarters of the liberal left? And we're supposed to take him seriously?

Focus on the target. This is psyop-type stuff to get people demoralized.

"If this mischievous financial policy [greenbacks], which has its origin in North America, should become endurated down to a fixture, then that government will furnish its own money without cost. It will pay off its debts and be without debts. It will hav

One is not the other

Hello..............Rand is not Ron. Two individuals, separate,
One is not answerable TO the other or FOR the other.

The film had two distinct lies or 'misinformation'
I have children. One chose another religion, one chose another political belief. THAT is their choice. They have that right.

Ron owes the public, or Jones no apology for the choices his son makes.

To group the two [Ron and RAnd] as a unit representing the movement is untrue.

Ron Paul did not endorse or support Romney.

Sounds like a lot of Jones HYPE
He has a niche in informing the public but is also a drama queen. At times he goes off the deep end to line his own pockets. Sensationalism personified.

Ron does owe

us an explanation as such he should state his position on Rand's idiotic endorsement.

No, he doesn't

And that would be a foolish move on his part. Dr. Paul is playing his part exactly as he should and I would appreciate a lot more respect shown to him than has been recently here.

Are you saying that Ron Paul deserves more respect, but.....

that we do not deserve any? I believe that we deserve at least some respect. A campaign both founded and dependent ENTIRELY on grassroots support has an obligation to keep their constituents in the loop.

No, I am not saying that we do not deserve respect...

I believe everyone deserves respect. However, this is a volatile political situation. There has been disruption and even the start of violence occurring at the state conventions by people angry at his supporters. In fact, that is when the brakes really started being applied by Dr. Paul, if you recall. If it had escalated, it would have spelled the end of the movement all together, very likely, and people might have been seriously hurt. Dr. Paul has always urged for peaceful change - he is against the wars on everything, for heavens's sake! I suspect Dr. Paul knows some things that it is best not be made public right now. And telling his constituents tells the world, not just his constituents. Patience might be wise and respect for a man who has done more for all of humanity than we can ever hope to do. That is all I am suggesting.
