My thoughts on Ron Pauls silence

We're all wondering were Ron Paul is. Why isn't he saying anything?

Maybe his silence is louder than words. We heard Ron Pauls speech at the Texas Convention. In his own words (I'm paraphrasing here) They want me to talk about unity. How about uniting around the Constitution.

Then comes his Texas straight Talk on 6/11/12. I'll just post the last paragraph.

The CBO report was alarming to most simply because they know neither party will take the steps necessary to avoid eventual fiscal calamity. Instead, despite their rhetoric, both parties want to maintain the fantasy that “deficits don’t matter.” But the CBO report, combined with what is happening in Greece and the European Union, should finally make the undeniable case that economic realities apply even to industrialized first world economies. We must take concrete steps today to avoid having America become the next Greece.

Why is Ron so silent. If he was going to throw in the towel and endorse Romney why not come out and just say it. What is he waiting for?

We all know that the Ron Paul supporters have an unwavering faith in him. Have we ever asked the question how much faith does Ron have in us?

Why doesn't Ron come out and make a statement about Rand? My guess is he won't. Ron Paul supporters played a huge part in Rand's win in Kentucky. What if Ron's silence is about watching whether the grass roots will get behind Rand and vote for Romney?

We all know this is his last campaign. If he is not the nominee than he will not be running for Congress again. What would he have to lose by just endorsing Romney? Its not like he would lose our vote in any future elections.

I do not believe for one minute Rand did not discuss his endorsement of Romney with his father. I also don't believe that Ron did not offer some advice on his decision. If Ron was going to throw his weight behind Rand's endorsement he would have already done it.

So again why this silence? My gut tells me he is watching the reaction from the grassroots. What if Ron is waiting to see if we will embrace this decision. Why do you think we have been inundated with Romney trolls dressed in Rand suits on the Daily Paul. I mean just look at these posts. The Daily Paul is being flooded with them.

The ironic thing about all of this is we are all waiting for Ron to make a decision on this when in fact he is waiting on us.

He already knows

He already knows, he has millions of supporters that has already stated how they feel about Romney. all Ron Paul needs to do is make one simple short statement on if he has dropped out of the race or Not, that is all. we will know what to do after that.
His silence is hurting him and his son's future. If he keeps up the silence people are going to draw their on conclusion and Gary Johnson or Obama will get a lot of the votes that Ron Paul would have got. but NOT Romney. we do not support what Romney represents, and Ron Paul should know that.

Ron Paul's Silence

He won't say anything about it because (I think) he disapproves. He won't speak against his son, would you if this were your son?

Maybe because the best thing for the Republicans is to lose

I just commented this on another post. It is referred to as "tough love" Loveolution style!
Edison, I understand, used hundreds, maybe thousands of combinations of filaments and configurations to invent the incandescent light bulb. Once the basic design was developed it changed very little over a 100 years. If the Republicans are successful, little will change, they will use the same design,(read tactics) that have been successful. If they lose they will analyze, study, redesign their tactics, message and strategy to avoid another failure. That's where we come in, it will be clear that the rejection of the liberty voters and Ron Pauls message alienated 20%-30% of potential Republican votes. If they actually want to win, they won't repeat that mistake again! They will be more open to our ideas with a failure than a success, that gives the liberty movement time to rebuild the GOP in Dr Pauls image and bring in more liberty candidates for 2014 and 2016.

I won't vote for Obama, but I can't in good conscientious vote for Romney and reinforce the GOPs learning experience by rewarding bad behavior.

Well Said....

and very true....

"If ever time should come, when vain and aspiring men shall possess the highest seats in Government, our country will stand in need of its experienced patriots to prevent its ruin."

Thank You

Ron Paul can't come out and say this, but I can. If we are to take over the Republican party and bring it back to what it once was, a truely conservative, small government, noninterventionist and constitutional party, they need to lose this one, I'm sorry to say.

I WILL NOT vote for Romney

If that's what he's waiting for...here's my message. I will write in Ron Paul's name before voting for Romney or Obama.

2 Chron 7:13-14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
