The voting machines for ORomney

The voting machines would be fixed for Romney.
He's the bilderberg/banker/establishment pick.
Obama is compromised and could go down to impeachment or finally being outed as an illegitimate usurper (and that is getting closer all the time.

Obama would keep the liberty movement united. against him.
ORomney would be political valium for many
(to steal a great phrase coined by another DP member below)

The liberty movement would be better off with obama over romney.

but regardless of Rand's lie, the nomination is NOT over until Tampa!
Harding went in with 6% and won

The Only Real difference between Obama and Romney

Romney is for 8 years (automatic R nominee in 2016) and Obama is guaranteed only 4 more years. I am voting Obama because we need to think long term. I don't think we can survive 8 more years of bankster bailouts and wars of aggression. I hope we can survive 4. This movement has had a temporary setback when we learned that Rand does not have what it takes to be our next general. He can still be an awesome warrior, but probably not a leader of the liberty movement. A Ron Paul Patriot will rise from within our ranks, our day will come four years from now if Obama wins. Just keep the faith. We are growing stronger every day.

Good point, it's either 4 years before we can run again, or 8 years. I choose four years.

Until we build a strong base of liberty office holders, local,

state, and national, the Oval Office is out of reach. Until we reach that threshold, I'm for one-terming any president. The second term is when they do the most damage.

Undo what Wilson did

I've debated this as well

I think Romney will be political valium for the country. Those of us who are truly behind the cause of liberty will still fight for it. The rest of the country will sit back, relax, say, "Crisis averted," and go back to sleep. At best, it will slow the decline, but not reverse it. After 8 years of Romney, we'll be no better off than we are now.

Under another 4 years of Obama, things WILL get worse. If we can hold the House and maybe take the Senate, Obama winning might be better than a Republican sweep with Romney at the helm. The last time the Republican's were in total control, we got the Patriot Act, Homeland Security, wars in Afganistan and Iraq, and the largest expansion of government ever to date (Obama quickly recaptured that crown for the Democrats). The country wouldn't 'go back to sleep'. In fact, after another 4 years of Obama, the Revolution's strength will grow even more.

The question is, can the country, the economy, freedom, and liberty survive another 4 years of abuse by Obama. I've always described politics and society as a pendulum. For a time it swings right, then it will swing back left, then right, and so on. The pendulum is swinging to further and further extremes over the last 40 years. I only hope that 4 more years of Obama doesn't get that pendulum stuck and the system collapses.

I think you are dead on!

This is exactly my tought and I am tempeted to vote for (AARGH!!!) B.O.

IF Romney got it

I have promised myself I will do everything I can to ensure he loses .. with all the dirty tricks used against us the year I can't help but to have hate in my heart for this man.

so basically you are asking, "do I want death by cyanide or death by arsenic?"

I am going to stay home, not vote, and let everyone else decide as to how I will be assuming room temperature. FUCT is FUCT ....the method is irrelevant.

It took us a century to get here (1913); we ain't gonna fix it

in a day.

Undo what Wilson did

I second that.

That is what I am planning to do too, + my state and local office holders are either republican(cough gough democrat)-Authoritarian or democrat(cough cough socialist)-Authoritarian. Funny thing is though, policy wise there is not a dimes difference.

Don't vote for president, but there are a ton of Liberty supporting Congressmen and Senators out there running for office. If Obama wins, fine, but if the Democrats take the House back too, its all over.

To be sure, Romney is better

To be sure, Romney is better on taxes, but he would do the same trick of cutting taxes without spending cuts.

Obama is better than Romney on a host of issues, but it's like choosing a lethal injection vs. a hanging. One is a little better than the other with no fundamental difference

I agree Romney is better

I also agree it's virtually impossible to weigh. Today I read another post and watched the recommended video on the Kinsey reports.
With that top of mind, it makes me long for Ron Paul for president, knowing he'd GET RID OF THE MISGUIDED DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (and get rid or decrease the power of other federal agencies/departments). Short of that, I imagine Romney would make some hasty CHANGES from the miscreants appointed by Obama.

That's not to say I'd vote for Romney. The question asked which is the lesser of two evils. Some of us have no plan to vote for evil.

What about the 4 vs. 8 years?

Does that not sway if there is no difference between them?

4 more years and democrat house

because i would rather the system crash in spending on the people than military and overseas spending. Democrats are annoying and pain in the ass but the Republicans are even worse and more of a threat to the American people.

freedom first and hand outs second.

4 for O
