Dear delegates I politey request you please vote your consciense every time no matter what.

Federal law prohibits influencing anothers vote through coersion. No one legally can coerse or influence anothers vote at any time, any place for any reason including a state. If one is considered bound by a state party the worst penalty I have been able to find is a $100 dollar fine for voting your conscience, how ever because coersion of this kind is against federal law I doubt very much if you chose to challenge it they could possibly win in court.

My advice to all delegates is to always vote your cosciense every time you vote no matter what, it is your vote and it is you right. Excersize your liberty!

at least go to the convention

at least go to the convention prepared for what the establishment is going to come back with if you vote your conscience on the 1st vote. I worry what will happen if their tactic is to remove you from the floor. Lets just not assume that everything will be fine, be prepared and weigh your options.

Coercion
(See also EXTORTION.)

force [someone’s] hand To pressure someone into taking a stand or revealing his beliefs or intentions; to compel someone to act immediately and against his will.

In terms of the law:

The intimidation of a victim to compel the individual to do some act against his or her will by the use of psychological pressure, physical force, or threats. The crime of intentionally and unlawfully restraining another's freedom by threatening to commit a crime, accusing the victim of a crime, disclosing any secret that would seriously impair the victim's reputation in the community, or by performing or refusing to perform an official action lawfully requested by the victim, or by causing an official to do so.

Pier Pressure.

Along with these fake contracts they're trying to scare people with there will also be a whole lot of "we need unity in the party" pier pressure at the RNC. Remember to stay strong and do what is needed delegates.

"peer" pressure

A pier is something you fish from, a peer is someone you fish with.

Advice you work with the

Advice you work with the other delegates, get to know them and everyone's mutual dislike of Romney, make sure they know their rights and responsible to be actual delegates and not robotoms, and simply make a motion to vote it straight into round two.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.
