Is Ken Cuccinelli running for

Is Ken Cuccinelli running for Governor? If so, I support him over Bolling. Even though I've had issues with McDonnell, I respect the fact that he tried to privatize the ABC stores.

And he signed the NDAA

And he signed the NDAA nullification/noncompliance law too!
