Will Grigg: "Judicially Authorized Rape: The Newest Weapon in the Prohibitionist Arsenal"

Can you believe this is actually happening in America?
Of course, this is happening in Amerika, in Utah, no less.

Judicially Authorized Rape: The Newest Weapon in the Prohibitionist Arsenal

Under Utah state law, "object rape" consists of the involuntary "penetration, however slight, of the genital or anal opening of another person who is 14 years of age or older, by any foreign object, substance, instrument, or device…." This act constitutes a form of aggravated sexual assault for which the penalty is a prison term of no less than ten years, followed by lifetime enrollment in the sex offender registry.

As 22-year-old Utah resident Stephan Cook discovered, the crime of object rape – like any other offense against person or property – can be transmuted into a policy option when it’s committed pursuant to a government decree.

While attending Snow College in Ephraim, Utah, four years ago, Cook and a friend were smoking cigarettes near a parked car when they were accosted by several police officers. Following the standard script, the officers – who, let us not forget, were trained to lie – claimed to smell marijuana and demanded to search the car.

Bump for fellow Idahoan,

Will Grigg.

Will Grigg, is absolutely amazing!

his best line: "the most addictive narcotic of them all: power!"

his intro for Dr. Ronald Ernest Paul, in that huge arena where he attracted THOUSANDS, was and is, by my personal observation, THE best intro for Dr. Paul, ever!

Ok, I normally don't do this...

But I am bumping this because of just HOW angry these stories make me, and the lie that they put to the idea that a "minimal state" prevents these sorts of atrocities.

Our jailors are worse than the criminals.

LOL

I agree.

but, "Our jailors are worse than the criminals." ?

I'd posit, our jailors ARE criminals!!!

.o) ...er .o( not exactly a good state of affairs..

Things like this literally make my blood boil.

Police have immunity from the law that they are supposed to enforce?

Typical, sick, and it really makes you wonder what the minarchists think they are protecting us from. No offense to my ideological cousins, but this is what they believe a small state is supposed to protect us from. The difference is, in my world, I am allowed to defend myself against this form of aggression.

and, if you thought what SOME of them do on-duty was bad,

wait until you read about what SOME of them do, OFF-duty, in another 'liberal' state:

Minneapolis police officer punches man unconscious on bar patio in Andover

ANDOVER, Minn. (KMSP) - A father of four from Ramsey, Minn. is not spending this Father's Day as anyone would like. Brian Vander Lee is fighting for his life at Mercy Hospital.

"Everyone is taking it hard -- it's tough," said Mike Archambault, Vander Lee's longtime friend.

Archambault says Vander Lee was on the patio at Tanners in Andover around 7 p.m. Saturday night. Vander Lee was talking loud on his cell phone when a stranger at another table asked him to be quiet. Minutes later, Archambault spoke to Vander Lee as he was pulling into the parking lot, but the cell phone went dead.

"He did a Superman punch," Archambault said. "Brian went back, feet up in the air, and the guy landed on top of him and his head bounced off the concrete."

Archambault saw the man run off the patio as Vander Lee laid there unconscious. Vander Lee was rushed to the nearest hospital where he underwent emergency surgery for bleeding on his brain.

and the prick, Sgt. David Clifford, is a SWAT commander, no less.

you think with a temper like that, he's more likely to negotiate to end a situation more peacefully, or simply tell his snipers to sight in, to sever the medulla oblongata any time he gets a chance?

to nearly kill a man, all over an unheard request to quiet down a cell phone conversation?

what a psychotic POS muthafrakker.

Brian Vander Lee was literally sitting down talking to his friend on the cellphone, minding his own biz, when that prick Sgt. David Clifford sucker-punched from the periphery with a full wound-up.

what an F'ng lunatic!

all over a cellphone conversation.

worse, as if most of us here don't already know that to be a govt terrorist means never having to say you're sorry for committing assault and murder against innocent citizenry, after knocking Brian Vander Lee unconscious, Sgt. David Clifford RAN OFF! Then, only after 'lawyering-up,' did he turn himself in.

I don't know if at any point this fact of life EVER occurs to anyone in copTHUGGERY biz, but MOST sane people do not speak militant directives in their daily conversations.

so the whole notion that another person can 'order' you to stop doing something, when you obviously have no reason to, and feel you're in the right to continue on as you were, is utterly absurd, and in fact alien to the 99.999% of the human population.

which actually should tell everyone that the state actors themselves are a million times MORE brainwashed than the rest of the sheeple populace could ever be.

"Let it not be said that no one cared, that no one objected once it's realized that our liberties and wealth are in jeopardy." - Dr. Ronald Ernest Paul

tell me about it.

it's like if you've seen one neo-Rodney King beating-esque copTHUGGERY video post-9/11, you've seen them all.

and to ANY sane, rational, caring human/most red-blooded men in this world who didn't have their masculinity castrated with years of social engineering, once you see videos like the Kelly beating-murder in Fullerton, CA, or Oscar Grant murder in BART station, Oakland, CA, the immediate reaction to watching bullies beat, and/or murder UNARMED helpless fellow citizenry to death, is a primal one.

and, notice how large metros which overwhelmingly tend to be 'liberal' cities, hire the most virulently disgustingly murderous pricks to infect their local PD's in cities like NYC, LA, Chicago, NOLA, Miami, Austin, Portland, Seattle, SF/Oakland.

psychologically, I'd proffer that it's probably because 'liberals' want to trust and have faith in the nebulous 'others' to do the dirty work for them. which, is precisely the reason why the 9th Circuit routinely rule IN FAVOR of the policestate.

and, the citizenry in those cities themselves, despite the undeserved 'pro-civil liberties' reputation of the Left, it is THEY who most often tolerate such insanities, far more than the rest of the population. As, at the core, to be a liberal, is to believe in the State/the Leviathan. And as such, to them, any criticism of the fundamental reality of the state, is to undermine the state.

like a baby rattlesnake which needlessly over-venomizes its prey as its youth and inexperience yields lack of understanding of its own powers, I'd be much more worried about an anti-gun liberal who suddenly has a 'need' to pick up a gun to defend oneself without first taking upon themselves to learn to manage a dangerous tool that they're unfamiliar with, than any non-liberal who regularly handles their firearms with ALL of Jeff Cooper's 4 core safety rules in mind. not to mention, the latter is far more likely to take it upon themselves to take tactical school courses.

no different than giving a kitchen blade to a clueless person vs. an edged-weapons/silat master to defend themselves against an attacker: the former will always 'over-kill' more than the latter, someone who knows what they're doing; someone more used to dangerous tools are far more than likely to only go as far as it is necessary to stop a threat.

now, after reading or hearing about what seems to be 200 Rodney King videos/day, I'm always reminded of the following Claire Wolfe quote:

"It's too late to work within the system, but too early to shoot the bastards."

LOL, Wolfe, you wouldn't be related to Claire, would you?

It'd be AWESOME if you are.o)

but hopefully, more people wake up to the evils of statism and utter reality of a PANDEMIC of copTHUGGERY and active, blatant police state in Amerika, sooner than later.

so we can ALL resolve this, PEACEFULLY, before we all truly run out of time...

Yep...

I agree with all of that... And I love that quote. I must admit I had not even heard of her before. It's funny, after I adopted the name, I discovered so many people that actually have it as a last name... lol.

It's just a handle from when I play online games... :)
