Last chance for freedom.

I suppose Lawyers for Ron Paul is the litmus test for the grassroots. I wonder how people will get on board? A wedge has been driven into the grassroots and many people now are either still in denial, became apathetic, severely depressed, or decided to voluntary go back to sleep. To be honest, I love Ron Paul, and his message alone has gotten me so engaged in our political process that I don't think I can ever go back to sleep again. Ron has been going at this for thirty plus years, and here we are fighting amongst ourselves like school children. I have already put all this Jesse and Rand BS behind me and decided to pick up Lady Liberty's torch again. As long as the fire of liberty is burning within me I will not falter for if I fall, I entrust that my comrades will continue to press forward into the horizon spreading the message of liberty like a raging wildfire. Come brothers and sisters of liberty let us rise up to unprecedented levels take back our country!

Thanks for your words of

Thanks for your words of dismissal..."comrade". It's getting more and more difficult, as intended, to cull the BS. ...but quite frankly I'm not going to follow your flag.

WOW! I must admit it now! Bye Bye Jesse Benton!

After hearing this interview I have come to realize that Jesse Benton and the rest of the team has been somehow involved in sabotaging OUR momentum!

This is a disgrace!

I wonder if there were nasty threats behind the scenes to prompt this type of behavior?

Either way we can NOT let this fly.

My GOD, what is next?

In Liberty

I can only ask myself....If

I can only ask myself....If Doug Wead is a senior political advisor, one whom I greatly admired, then where does he fit into the grand "scheme" of things? It would be nice to clean house before the convention in Tampa.

It is possible

that he wants to be the White House Press Secretary. If he cannot get it with a Ron Paul presidency, he will get it with a Rand Paul Presidency.

It is also possible that Benton was hoping for the Chief of Staff slot under Ron Paul, but is now trying to lock in the same slot under a Rand Paul Presidency.

There is a possibility that the "Southern Avenger" is likely looking to be the Counter to Flush Blimpo when a Paul is in the white house by having a radio program.

I only put faith in one at this point and that is Mr. Woods.

Agreed

Throughout all of this Woods has remained focused and dedicated to his principles while the rest seem to bend whichever way the wind is blowing...Woods is the real deal!...The rest are on the take...

"If ever time should come, when vain and aspiring men shall possess the highest seats in Government, our country will stand in need of its experienced patriots to prevent its ruin."
Samuel Adams

God I hope not!

I hope he won't put Benton in a chief of staff position. I hope he does not have any family in his administration.

I Emailed Mr. Wead. . .

Months ago about what I saw going on (especially with the onslaught of absurd negative ads put out by the RP campaign), and HORRID quotes, such as:
"'The Maine GOP has a lot of important work to do, and we won't waste their time investigating the meaningless, partial caucus straw poll,' Benton told USA TODAY, in response to a query about the Bangor newspaper's story. (http://content.usatoday.com/communities/onpolitics/post/2012...)

In the email to Mr. Wead I gave him my reaction to the above Benton quote, ". . .IS HE SERIOUS?!! WHO - let me repeat - WHO gave this. . ."individual" the authority to say/infer that these peoples votes were MEANINGLESS??!! Ron Paul is just some greedy politician who only wants the delegates??!!!!! He doesn't give a tinkers damn about their RIGHT TO VOTE! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaah!! Has the Ron Paul campaign lost its mind?!!"

"Sir, that is outrageous! Their votes DO matter - even if it is just a caucus!! Their votes were blatantly stolen from them by the Republican Machine!! To insinuate that they're meaningless is atrocious! What a slap in the face to the good people of Maine!!"

Yeh, I was a little upset.

I also pleaded with him, quote from same email, "Please, Mr. Wead - It's time for the MEN (that would be YOU!!) to take Ron Paul's campaign BACK, and stop this ridiculousness that is annihilating Ron Paul's good name. I'm watching the numbers go down, down, down. I'm watching his votes being stolen state by state - and we all remain silent and/or say it's meaningless? Where is the RP R3VOLUTION?"

Mr. Wead responded, "Well, Don't worry. Jesse is tough and he will not let dr. paul get cheated. . ."

They had to peel me off of the ceiling.

The email was sent to Mr. Wead in February 2012. He knew.

Looks like Mr. Slevin was right when he said

"The gang that can't shoot straight." He was skewered mercilessly!!

hehehehheee

"Peel me off the ceiling".

Sir, you had every right to be livid as we all did.

Stay focused.

Yeh, and it's stucco. . .

. . .that's painful. ;)

I am trying not to laugh, but you did it again.

After Saturday night my stomach muscles have been recovering from laughing so much.

Almost back to normal

The jury is still out on Wead . . .

.

Not for me

it isn't. He's just really slick about how he does it..

The jury is still out on Wead . . .

though it doesn't look good. Hard to believe he was not aware of what was happening. His YouTube video the other day when he took questions had him repeating RNC talking points against our lawsuit, using legal, not layman's language.

Remember, Doug Wead Worked For Poppy Bush

He may be a plant or what I call an infiltrator..He must not be ruled out. Wead, Benton and Olsen may be enemy combatants or just plain incompetants..I'm not assigning guilty, but the inner circle must be checked out. If there are problems in the inner circle they must be fired and replaced.

Yep...

He also wrote a book praising him and is the architect of the idea of a "compassionate conservative." Wead helped pervert the Republican party into what it is today. I never understood why he is even involved with the liberty movement yet in every thread you read comments like "I love Doug Wead!" Benton is just as bad.

NOTE: I am not advocating violence in any way. The content of the post is for intellectual, theoretical, and philosophical discussion. FEDS, please don't come to my house.

You evidently haven't listed to Doug Wead very much

because as far as I can see he had a true awakening because of Ron Paul years ago.

November 6th 2012 I voted for Dr.Ron Paul
"We must remember, elections are short-term efforts. Revolutions are long-term projects." ~ Ron Paul

I know you mean Listened

But,

Of course he has not Listed to or with Doug. Because as Doug "listed" from his original Dem roots towards Ron, it is possible that he will "LIST" back to his roots.

You can't kill all plants by working above ground, you have to get to the "roots". Then you can plant a new tree of Liberty were the old plant was growing.

List (-ed, -ing)
An inclination to one side, as of a ship; a tilt.
intr. & tr.v. list·ed, list·ing, lists
To lean or cause to lean to the side: The damaged ship listed badly to starboard. Erosion first listed, then toppled the spruce tree.

ACTIONS Speak Louder Than Words

I had listened to Mr. Wead a lot - for awhile he was a great guy, new found hero of the REVOLUTION! Loved him!

Then, when his actions did not follow his words - when this intelligent man couldn't see what was happening to the campaign - when he was warned, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who issued a warning, he chose to do nothing. Those (lack of) actions screamed the truth about his commitment to Dr. Paul.

Out of courtesy, I tried to write it off as him standing with his nose up against the tree - too close to the situation - couldn't see the forest for that tree his nose was pressed up against. Could be. . .

Now he knows. . .and what are his actions?

I'd be really surprised if the insiders, higher ups like Wead,

don't have a contract, a commitment to behave inline, as told, or else.

I for one wouldn't mind the 'or else'. I'd rather see Doug on the outside fighting for RPers. That guy's got some untapped potential I wonder if he even knows of and the best part-he's got Ron Paul's style and demeanor. IMO

BTW, I really have appreciated your contributions here!
Keep up the good work!

What A Relief. . .

. . .I didn't get pummeled for a change. Thank YOU!

Your comment is interesting - and I'm wondering, in your opinion, re: contract - who would be the one telling him what to do, "or else"?

I would have completely concurred with you in regard to "untapped potential" - had I not had the "don't worry" encounter. Had he risen to the occasion - I would have been highly impressed. However, he didn't - and he doesn't.

Thus, his "potential" declines. No guts, no glory.

And it looks as if whomever the little

gremlin is that's been pummeling you is still trying! Just brought his little red pen this time...on the other hand, whomever missed the mark and meant to hit the up tick... Welcome to Club DP! LOL

Anyway, theoretically, Ron Paul is the answer.

In practice....who knows?

The truth is, it's possible to isolate a CEO, Leader, parent, friend, etc... Doug probably knows, but isn't at liberty to talk.

[By the same token, do we know what he's actually done in your/our favor? Doug doesn't toot his own horn. Just like RP]

Here's where I was coming from....

I was required to sign a confidentiality agreement because of my position, in 2 companies I worked for. That meant,

without corporate consent, I could not talk to the media on my own, without an approved script, nor disclose any company knowledge to outsiders, even in a company approved bar. [no such thing, just kidding, but you get the gist...Me no see, no hear, no speak....that's Doug. And anyone else in his position.

For some peep tho, signing an agreement of confidentiality is null and void if the price is right. That ain't Doug. IMO

I'd be real surprised if Doug wasn't required to sign such an agreement.

That's why I say, I'd like to see Doug break out. Take the "or else" -Fire himself, speak out, write a book, HELP! Or, as you say,
"no guts, (Maybe he's in a comfort zone, content-hopefully not)
no glory" (I don't think glory is Doug's thing, like RP, but hopefully he doesn't let his comfort zone rule.)

Think Like, Talk Like, Speak Like, Sleep Like. . .

. . .the Governor, is what one of his aids said to me one time. I had asked his opinion on a topic - and he said, "Well, the Governor says. . ." and I said, "No, what do YOU think?" That's when I got the "think like". . .etc.

Of course I had to ask if he'd also sold his soul to the Governor? He was happy to do that as well.

Maybe I'm too independent of an individual - but - I like thinking for myself - talking about what I want to talk about, and in this case - writing what I want to write about, as it pertains to Ron Paul, and company.

Do you really believe they can isolate Ron Paul so much that he doesn't really know, is out of touch with, what's going on out here with "We the People"? Wouldn't SOMEONE clue him in?

I have to say though, apparently they're not driving him so hard. Ron Paul looked a lot better in today's video than he did about a month ago when he looked so tired, and pale. Now he's back to looking vibrant and restored. For that I am grateful.

You know,

Remnant, I think you already know the answer to your question. And I mean that.

You're asking great questions. That's the only way we grow. But always try to ask what you need to know, not just what you know, for someones confirmation, unless it's rhetorical. In the meantime, be a great listener/reader-- and many of your questions will be answered, without asking. That's true independence because it can't be taken away from you.

"Do you really believe they can isolate Ron Paul so much that he doesn't really know, is out of touch with, what's going on out here with "We the People"? Wouldn't SOMEONE clue him in?"

If you are asking me, the answer is yes. It's 5K year old history, human nature, repeating itself.

No Definitive Answer

Really, I don't know.

I know what I would LIKE to believe about all of the Ron Paul happenings. However, I don't know if that is the truth or my wishful thinking or deluded thinking. I've been down a multitude of avenues with all of my questions - still no solid answer.

Since I'm not in the inner circle - I have to speculate - take the knowledge I have and weigh it against what I read/see/hear.

At this point I'm just moving forward with no certainty. . .but staying the Ron Paul course.

You seem very level-headed with a lot of common sense - thus - my asking your opinion. Thank you for your honest response. I appreciate it.

Hey-

I just wanted you to know you paid me the highest compliment you possibly could. TY.

More importantly, tho, I should tell you---what level-headiness and common sense I possess, came ONLY AFTER I stopped putting so much emphasis on being right (dishonesty) and allowed myself to be wrong (honesty).

Definitive Answers, The Truth, rarely come whole, never mind, all at once. Rather they come about piece-meal, and over time. That's where instincts and judgement come in, to bridge the gaps when trust wavers

I think your skepticism, your questions, rhetorical or not, are all honest and healthy. For so many, myself included, that takes guts; that's what counts because we're all better off.

FACTS

thank you for posting a FACT and not counter inteligence psychological propoganda.

Just so you know,

the "jury is still out" on you and your self-described "mutiny", too.

Of, course, Mr BigT (too cowardly to show your real name)

The jury is out on everyone. Trust but verify.

I'm so sick of you f*****g trolls.
