Preserving Freedom from Unwarranted Surveillance Act of 2012

Senator Rand Paul has created legislation to prevent government domestic drones from spying and policing American citizens. RandPac has created a “1 Million Strong Against Drones” campaign and is focusing its efforts and capital on passing Rand’s bill and stopping drones spying on the American people.

The “Preserving Freedom from Unwarranted Surveillance Act of 2012″:

Permits citizens to sue the government for any violations of this act.

Provides exceptions for patrolling the border, to act in the case of imminent danger to human life or high risk of a terrorist attack.
