HAARP Scaler Waves

There is no doubt that humans are affecting the weather just by being here in great numbers and adding pollutants to the atmosphere. In addition HAARP and other similar devices around the globe are sending out waves all the time into the atmosphere. Some of it is for weather modification, and some for deep earth exploration for oil, which can cause earthquakes when HAARP is aimed at the ground. HAARP is also a weapon. Anyways, it is a complex topic.

I have seen these scalar waves over my home in NW Ontario. HAARP is in Alaska and seems to aim over our area to whatever the destination is meant to be. Interesting times to live in.

I have noticed a big difference in the way fronts move across the US. I'm sure this is part of the Jet stream.
It definitely has changed in the past couple years.
