Investigation of AZ Gop / Romney (Petition)

The Petition

We, the undersigned, are requesting a full investigation, by Attorney General, Tom Horne; Maricopa County District Attorney, Bill Montgomery; Secretary of State, Ken Bennett and Maricopa County Elections Director, Karen Osborne into the AZ Republican Party’s mismanagement and unethical behaviors which lead to deliberate acts to prevent true and accurate voting results at the Quadrennial Republican Convention held on May 12, 2012 disenfranchising every delegate that had been elected to participate in the 2012 Presidential Nomination process.

We also request that your investigation include whether or not any member of the Mit Romney for President Campaign as well as any Elected Official worked in corroboration with the AZ GOP to secure desired results that favored Mr. Romney and his pre-endorsed delegates.

We request further, that by so investigating and upon finding that any one of these entities or their agents intentionally was deceptive leading to the injury of another person, that you bring charges upon all those who are culpable.

Why Maricopa County Elections Director?

My understanding is that the Maricopa County Elections had nothing to do with this. The reason the voting was so messed up was that the party didn't want to pay Maricopa County $10,000 to use their certified scanners so our votes would be counted properly.

Unfortunately Sheriff Joe is a neo-con and he only investigates those who tick him off or step on his toes. So it's highly unlikely he would be willing to investigate voter fraud perpetrated by neo-cons.

...and in my CD caucus I objected to the lady in front of me having FOUR ballots in her hand to place into the box. The man behind me, with two ballots in his hand, bellowed about them only depositing ballots for others who were too tired to stand in the line. Yeah, riiiight!!

Arizona Election Fraud

To whom it may concern,

I was previously registered as a republican in Pima County, Arizona and I voted in the 2012 AZ GOP Presidential Primary.

I was on the Arizona EZ Voter website today to verify my current voter registration and noticed in my Election Voting History that there is no record of my vote in the 2012 AZ GOP presidential primary, although, all my previous election votes are recorded. What happened to my vote?

I signed the registration book at my polling place so there should be proof that I was there and voted. I take my duty to vote very seriously. It is my right as a US Citizen to have my vote duly counted. I will not quietly accept that my vote may have been nullified.

I understand that the AZ GOP is currently facing a class action lawsuit for election fraud and intimidation...Was my vote fraudulently disregarded? I am requesting that the AZ Secretary of State Elections office send me verification that my vote was counted correctly...

I am currently registered as an independent and I plan on voting in the future...Is my vote going to be properly counted or am I wasting my time?
