Too Much Time, Effort and Money Spent the Last 5 Years...

...on promoting Dr. Paul and the cause of liberty - only to end up voting for the party hack they shove down my throat.

Therefore, I pledge to WRITE-IN RON PAUL in November.

No matter if it counts or not.

It will send a message to the GOP and RNC that THEY LOST A VOTE due to their misdeeds.

And let them know (after they lose), that they needed us afterall.

In the end, they will have lost because they alienated and dismissed us as irrelevant.

I pledge to WRITE-IN RON PAUL 2012 for President.

Who will join me?

"Always vote for principle,

though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost." - John Quincy Adams

I'm writing in Ron Paul too, and I don't care if anyone else ever counts my vote, I will know and it will be the right thing for me.

I am!

Still want to promote the cause of liberty

then vote Johnson.

...will join me?

Want to strengthen this movement?

Every Ron Paul supporter, every Liberty supporter, every libertarian, every Jeffersonian, every Constitutionalist should put our differences aside and NOT VOTE FOR PRESIDENT (vote locally, for sure).

Our numbers are much greater than most think AND WE COULD SPREAD THIS FAR AND WIDE. We can all advertise that we are RP supporters and we abstain because it's all a charade and it's time the status quo was jolted.

Screw both parties! It's worth abstaining when you know your vote truly does not count. If only 25% (or less) of the voting population actually votes it is the start of revolution/reform. It's a warning shot to all of the neo-con establishment crap that is currently destroying this republic.

I'VE DECIDED THAT I WILL NOT VOTE OUT OF PROTEST!!!!!!!!! Bye, bye bone heads! The party and corruption are both coming to a close. Let's set it ablaze. Start with the corrupt Presidential voting process. Who cares who win's this election, really? It just doesn't matter.

but I'll pledge not to vote for Romney or Obama.

New Hampshire and Ecuador.

Write ins are a waste of time...

Write ins aren't counted and no one will be sending the GOP or anyone else a message this November. Do whatever floats your boat, but to say you're going to send them a message is just delusional.

It depends

if you vote for everyone except President, or if you WIRP in a state that won't count it because of sore loser laws, etc., you contribute to the undervote. Undervote for President is typically around 3% (Check your local election results in past elections to see what it is in your state), if everyone who would have voted for on Paul did not vote for Pres., but voted for their local candidates, the undervote will be substantially higher.

They WILL notice this in states that are close. The loser looks at the undervote first, and if they see it at 25% they may be inclined to call foul all over the MSM.

Regardless - SOMEONE has to look at my ballot...

...and see Ron Paul's name on it.

State by state rules regarding 3rd Party and write-in campaigns

If you are going to write-in someone in November you should at least know the rules. This post explains the rules on a state by state basis:

This is an example of an application to be a write-in candidate. You will notice on this application that Ron Paul himself will have to sign this application or write-in votes in Connecticut will not be counted or reported. How many states have the same rules to have write-in votes counted and reported?:

I don't know if

there is a way to right in a name since it is all electronic voting but what about if we write in our own names?

No messages, no strategy

I am voting for Dr. Ron Paul because he is my choice for president. End of story.

I will listen to Jesse Ventura's plea to Vote for Gary Johnson

I wasn’t planning on voting for Gary Johnson what-so-ever. But after listening to Jesse Ventura plea to do so, I will be. He is right about the two party system being nothing less than two corrupt gangs.

If Ron Paul does get the nomination, I will give my vote to Gary Johnson. If every Ron Paul supporter does the same, it will send the same loud message to the GOP, without us the GOP cannot win the presidency.

The Winds of Change!

Wouldn't it be great

if Ron Paul received enough write in votes to actually tip the election. Think of the consternation of the GOP if the votes received by Dr. Paul would be enough to decide the winner. I wrote him in in 08 and you can bet your bippy I'm doing it again.

There are no politicians or bankers in foxholes.

They don't even count the regular votes

do you really think they're going to count write in votes???

I decided NOT to vote.

This will be the first time I will not vote.

When I considered that the whole process is a fraud and voting only furthers this make believe that "our vote counts", it was the only logical conclusion for me.

By NOT voting it is a way of saying "No, to the charade." NOT voting is a no confidence in the system that has been hi-jacked. IMO

You could make this argument

about the delegate process. Why be a delegate when they're going to cheat? But we learned of the extent of Republican Party fraud by participating. If you vote, and the machines switch the result, there's a record of fraud somewhere. If you and 25 of your friends cast a vote for the Constitution party candidate, and 15 votes end up in the official tally for your county, you know there's fraud. A remedy is more likely with your participation. Isn't claiming an impact on the system by dropping out wishful thinking?

I have to respectfully

I have to respectfully disagree. By not voting, the media will just label you as one of the apathetic, to engrossed in American Idol and Kim Kardashian to drive down the street and vote. I'm not going to tell you who to vote for, I honestly haven't decided myself. Last election I voted for Baldwin on Ron's endorsement. I know I will not vote for Romney or Obama. You should vote your conscience, and at least be counted. Just my 2 cents.

I voted for Baldwin

last time too. My point is the votes are NOT counted, if they were counted I would vote.

Maybe, if people had bumper stickers that said something like, "My vote doesn't count and neither does yours." or "I don't participate in fraud, I don't vote." or "I'm not apathetic, I'm pissed." LOL

The media will spin their lies, and I will tell my friends that voting is a act of insanity. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. LOL

If there is an election my husband plans on voting so I guess I will be the only one saving gas. hee,hee

Not voting IS a vote!!! If

Not voting IS a vote!!! If there's nothing out there worth voting for, not voting is a vote of no confidence, imho

If voting had the power to change anything, it would be illegal.

Blessings )o(

I saw somewhere the bumper sticker...

...that says "don't blame me, I voted for Ron Paul". Think I want to get some of those being that it looks like we may be stuck with one of the political twins. Anyone know where to buy them?

Hey Kron

I had one of those on my last car ( it went to the scrap heap since, great car, 334,000 miles ) but I got the sticker AFTER the 2008 election.
I voted for Chuck Baldwin.

This year I will not need that kind of sticker!
Got it?
Ladies and gentlemen, the next president of the United States of America, President Ron Paul!

" In Thee O Lord do I put my trust " ~ Psalm 31:1~

Oh, it must be an old one...

...I saw then. I so hope it does happen! That would be like the best miracle to ever happen in this country! BTW...I voted for Baldwin in 2008 in the general as well. That is when the ticker tape came out when I slid the ballot in and it said "unvoted ballot" in the 2008 primaries I voted for Paul and the ticker tape came out saying "defective ballot". I never said anything...should have. But after the second time it happened to me, I knew elections had to be fixed and that is the only reason I call a Paul win a miracle. They cheat! =/

...So funny and so true! Still laughing!

My vote goes for whoever Ron says

I doubt Ron Paul

will tell you who to vote for...

'Cause there's a monster on the loose

In 08 he presented us with choices

If he does not do that, Romney will get my vote, not becasue I agree with Romney, but because I have allot of work to do for the next two years and it is better for me that Romney is in rather than Obama.

I'm sticking with the Paul family.

That's weird that you say that.

My "other half" says he will do the same. He says even though they both work for the same people, Romney must move a little slower on socializing the country than Obama because of some of the people in the party. He says they are both idiots, but Romney will give him a little more time. Other than that, he is a Paul supporter. I voted for Chuck Baldwin in the 2008 general after checking him out when Paul endorsed him. If he endorses someone of his likeness, I will do the same again. So sickening...Paul should already be the nominee!!!

kron click on my name entropypressStAt and look at

kron click on my name entropypressStAt and look at the billboard I designed for RT 95 in RI in my profile. Please give it to your "other half". honestly I think that billboard touched a lot of people in RI which is mostly democrat. Ron Paul ended up with 25% of the vote during our primary and we are sending delegates to the RNC and we got one of them on the Platform Committee.
